I had the fried seafood platter with perch instead of flounder with fries. The flavor of the shrimp and perch was good. The devil crab, not so much. The fries and osyters were ok. I've eaten here before, in restaurant. This order was take out and more greasy than I remember. I didn't try the huspuppies that were on the bottom of the plate because they didn't look appetizing. I ate the fish and some of the shrimp, a few fries, and two of the osyters. The coleslaw was delicious. I couldn't eat the rest. The young lady who brought my order out was very nice. If I go here again, I will eat in instead of taking it out.

I've eaten at mayfair for many of years .never had a issue today 3/28/2024 I ordered a simple pick 3 tilapia, jumbo shrimp,and whiting well done as I have before. Today it was fried so hard I couldn't hardly eat it . I called back and spoke with Erica and explained my situation. She says come back and pull up to the drive thru .I came back Erica herself asked me are you Jeffrey? She then proceeds to open the plate and comment well you ate most of it which I had not clearly everything was in tact . At this point I just left I'll never go back...

Great food, problem was they had huge parties and it took them 15 minutes to get a waitress to the our order. We ordered took 20 minutes to get the food, and the waitress never put in our appetizer order. Food was great ,delicious and a plenty. I just don't understand why we were forgotten and how come Noone just took our order.
Kids meal will feed an adult! Big quantity servings

The servers were very nice, the food was what would you expect from a fried fish restaurant. It was tasty. I would go back again. This place definitely caters to an older crowd but that’s alright because that just means the servers have been pre-conditioned to be extra patient due to the influx of older folks.Parking: Tons of parking.
Great experience. Jose was an excellent server. He didn't auction off food he knew exactly what everyone ordered. Our food was delicious! You definitely should try their strawberry butter with your hushpuppies!Kid-friendliness: My kids enjoyed the food. Several options for children that don't eat seafood.
Be sure the check your order when picking up! Shorted our order the extra slaw $1.95 and baked potato $3.95. Called them to be told we could come back to pick it up which would have resulted in cold food or they will write down your name for the next time you eat there. Refund was NOT an option!!!

The food is awesome. You get a lot of food here. You will be taking a box home. LOL, I got the fried shrimp and scallops and I took a box home. And try the cake it has to be the biggest piece I have ever seen.
