Excellent Deli sandwich’s at McAlister’s Deli. The king chicken club was built perfectly and enough for two people. Staff bring you the food and wait on you during the visit. Well worth the money with a great experience.

The online order system is the absolute worst experience! And they charge you extra to be frustrated by it. A ridiculously simple order could not be completed in 3 minutes before a human took over. Guess they prefer you wait in line. No customer service.

Last week my son and I went to McAlister's and had an excellent Ruben. Tonight my wife and I and two grandchildren went back and again I had another Ruben as did one of our grandchildren. It was awful. Both our Ruben were cold. We sent them back then it was hot on the outside but still cold in the middle. It didn't taste the same as the last time so I opened it up and and there was next to no sour sauerkraut you may as well say there was none. When I asked the girl about it she said that's they they make them. Because of my grandkids I didn't take it any further. I love a good Ruben and I was highly disappointed. Obviously the day time cook knows how to make a sandwich but not the night time cook. The only reason I gave three stars was because the time before it was good.

I asked not theto put tomatoes on my sandwich. The acidic in them give me really bad acid reflex. They still did. When I told them I can’t have tomatoes. The took them off and try to reserve me the sandwich. I decided to ask for my money back at that point. I just can’t risk throwing up stomach acid. It hurts.
Absolute worst experience today. I purchased a pick two at lunch (Half Savannah Chop salad and Half Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich). When I got home and unwrapped my sandwich, the bread was burnt. I called the restaurant and was told I could bring it back. I explained that my lunch break was over and that I could not come back right now. The manager advised that I could bring the Sandwich h ba k after work and they would replace it. I took the sandwich back after work, and the manager looked at it and said it's not burnt, so I told him that it's not to my liking. There was no apology for my inconvenience or anything. I used to love McCallisters, but my experience today has put a bad taste in my mouth.

Love this place. I try to try something different each time I go.. or have the same thing substituting an ingredient. It's always good and the waitresses/ servers are almost always friendly and helpful. I won't let a couple bad apples spoil the bushel?

Struggle town USA. Its obvious this store is trying to maximize margins. Order a water with your meal on a record breaking hottest day in recorded history, guess what , 8 oz kids cup. The pickle that comes with your sandwich, you are shamed into accepting it. I have never been to a more customer unfriendly McAlisters. Go to the Matthews location if you want a struggle free meal. This store just ain't it.
