I ordered a pizza at 6:00 my pizza didn’t arrive until 7:20 I kept checking on my order and my delivery time was pushed back four times. I received my pizza it was cold the pizza sauce has a weird taste and it none edible.

I order from my location in Monroe North Carolina, which was just some cheese sticks at 11 PM and they were delivered to me 11:21 pm . The issue is I ordered some cheesesteaks and they had no cheese in them. I guess someone was trying to be funny.

While we absolutely love the food the customer service is extremely poor. We ordered through doordash an 8 piece buffalo wing, a Large spicy garlic stuffed crust the works pizza, Parmesan garlic bread sticks and 4 extra sides of the new spicy garlic sauce. We received a 6 piece wing instead of 8, we received a regular pizza instead of the spicy garlic stuffed crust and did not receive any of the additional spicy garlic sauces that we ordered. When I called Papa Johns the employee Hailey* told me that it was "Not our problem and you need to contact door dash" with a very disrespectful and unprofessional attitude. When I informed her that I would be mentioning her by name in the review she replied "That's fine, I don't care" and hung up the phone. So while the food was a disappointment, the negative review is due to the disrespect and unprofessionalism of your employee Hailey*.

It's been years since I've had papa John's. Don't really like their pizza. Tried them again. Same results. I gave 2 stars because the lady on the phone was nice and the delivery driver was cool but the pizza just isn't worth the money. Paid for extra cheese. it was so thin you could see pizza sauce everywhere. . Never again.
We started using this place after our pizza place went down hill & we usually order delivery. The other day I went in for carry out & the staff was extremely cordial. Im glad I went in bc I got to see what a great group of hard working people work there. They are nice, polite, always prompt, & the food has been fresh everytime. I appreciated the small talk when I went in & we appreciate you guys❣️

Our new favorite Papa John's store! Our previous experience from a difference location takes forever for them to deliver our food. This location is always (with our experience so far), freshly made and we also don't have any issues if we decide to pick it up
