Called to place order, young woman answered the phone ask if it’s carry out/delivery and I say carry out. Ask her to verify the location and then she tells me to hold on, then she comes back and says ok. So I start to order and she hangs up. I call back she then takes my order and at the end I tell her thank you, her reply “yep” click. As a customer service industry, Pizza Hut needs to put more effort into your customer service. This is truly just sad. I’m sure they get minimum $15 an hour, get it together people.
All of the food is great. Found out that they have these melt sandwich things that are delicious. Everybody is so helpful and friendly.

Ordered lunch for delivery, and an hour later, I called to check the status of it. They said "oh, she couldn't find your location, so she came back". If I hadn't called, I guess I would have never known. They had our number, why didn't they call us for the location? Then they wanted to know if I wanted to place another order. WHY? You going to find our location this time?

I use this pizza hunt about every 2 weeks or so. I have always used the app, ordered online or even called in orders. the food is always well made and the service has been great. The manager even recongized me the last several times I went in to pick up the order. I have never had them mess up an order.
