Food was poorly seasoned. We had green curry chicken and bang bang chicken. The curry was so so (definitely not as good as it used to be). The bang bang chicken was flavorless (cut up chicken tenders and a bowl of sauce on the side with two pieces of broccoli). Service was incredibly slow (less than 20 customers were there). Food quality and service have gone way down (management change maybe). Doubtful we will go back to this Red Bowl location.

I’ve come here since I was little with my mama, every time I come in I’m welcomed very nicely. I love the staff here and the food and my experiences are always pleasant. I look forward to visiting again at some point. Food is amazing here, good portions of food and the value for the taste I can’t beat it. I love my red bowls.

If you want to be mistreated and serve like you don't matter. Because this place has the worst service, I've seen in a long time. The waitress is dressed like she's sitting on the couch wearing sweatshirts and slippers. I ordered a salad. They brought me my salad after my meal I mean like way after. Did not get a drink when we first sat down waited 10 minutes she walked by several times and finally said have you been helped yet and there's nothing on our table. Clueless could've cared less. She was servicing the customer behind us. I'm pretty sure we were sitting in our section but we still were ignored for many many minutes. We ordered water, and when she came back with the water, which also took a long time we ordered our food. it was just two of us, and the place was not that busy at all.! I would avoid this place, unless you want to be mistreated and ignored as a customer. No one should be treated like this with the cost of food these days. There are so many better places to go & eat and get 10 times better service. Good luck.

This place is awful to employees they harass them they even have everyone working Christmas. The boss fired a sick person because they were doing poor (illegal I know but they did it) she is wicked with her regimen. The food lacks due to miscommunication because nobody decided to try to hire a Spanish and English speaking employee. They treat the kitchen like trash and make sushi person work 6 days a week from 11to 9 and 11 to 10 Saturdays. Even the old owners had more respect for their employees.

We sat down and waited 10 minutes with no service. I went up and asked if we were going to be server the girl was more concerned about eating than answering me. Five people were standing around cutting up. Went back to our table and still no one came. We walked out after being there 28 minutes.
