Summer 2023. This was my first time coming to this restaurant for my daughter and my mother and I. Since we never been there before, the lady took her time and explained the menu and what they offered. I never had Basa fish. I tried it anyways and it was sooo good. Nice and buttery and fluffy and tender. I will always order Basa anywhere I go if they offer it on the menu.The lady made sure we were okay. We walked us to our seat and didn’t let us get up for anything. After I told her that cannot have carbs like fries or potatoes, etc, she gave me extra side of broccoli that was very well seasoned and steamed. I can’t wait to bring my husband, who is a fish lover to this place. ???? ?Vegetarian options: Broccoli ?

This place is absolutely AMAZING!!!! The food was fresh, seasoned to perfection, & large portions! The service we received today was incredible. In my 42 year's, I’ve never experienced customer service this top tier! Our South Carolina (3 hour) ride was worth! We will definitely be returning soon!Today we had the perch, whiting, shrimp, hush puppies, fries, and fried okra. Everything was so good, we couldn’t pick a favorite. Try them all when you go! The facility is clean, and the music was on point.
Got the flounder filet it was super fresh, hot juicy, seasoned wonderfully fries were hot overall great seafood

I really appreciate the excellent customer and food! My elderly dad had to use the restroom. Every company in the area turned him down. I didn’t know what to do! We went inside there restaurant…. With open arms…although we wasn’t purchasing anything, they allowed him. I really appreciate this establishment. They could’ve turned their backs. I decided to purchase fish, collards, yams, and home made cake! They are the BEST!

Customer service here is great! The young lady who took our order knew the menu well and was very professional and personable. The restaurant interior is nice and clean. However, the food needs improvement and you don’t get enough for the price that you pay. Our fish was dry, flavorless, and did not taste fresh. The fish looked as if it was seasoned well but no, pretty disappointed. The Mac n cheese that was recommended was overpowered with too much garlic. They are stingy with the condiments. The best thing on the plate were the hush puppies and fries.

I was disappointed in the portion,the tatse,and the price, like I payed almost 60 dollars and I ask for tarter sauce because they gave one tiny container of tarter sauce their mac n cheese was so nasty my son threw it away and i didn't even eat mine like I will not be back ever I been to other fish places and they have some of the best fish but this is definitely not it I will not recommend this place ever

Stopped in here based on recommendations while on a trip to Charlotte. The food is phenomenal- we split the black bass, grouper, Argentine shrimp, hush puppies, oysters, crab cakes, and some sides. All of it was very good. The hush puppies were maybe the best I’ve ever had. Chef Anthony and Rosie were lovely and absolutely gracious hosts.
Customer service was great, both of the ladies were welcoming and engaging. I order a basa and flounder fish plate, both plate portions were smaller than expected - food was decent. My partner had a whiting fish sandwich which he enjoyed. We also ordered the fried cheesecake it was good. This was a take out order and the extra side of fries I ordered were missing so be sure to check the receipt as well.
