Twice now I used the mobile appWalk in and let them know I have a mobile order and the name the order is underI’m told “it’s being bagged now”I then stand there and watch orders placed 10 mins after I ordered on the app being filledI ask “is it still being bagged” and without checking or turning her head to the back and see she says “yes they are”I ask the manager how is what I am seeing happening and he says I have your order right hereSo I’ve been standing there being told my order is being bagged while it is sitting right thereNeedless to say I did not get hot food even though I was standing in the restaurant 5 mins before my order was suppose to be readyFood is awesome but maybe using there mobile app to order is not the best way to goIf my daughter wasn’t a fan they would be a no fly zone based on pretty every mobile order I have made
First time to order from here , chicken wings were tough, wanted a Reese's shake but oh no, machine was broke, I would rather think they're to lazy to refill it, I won't ever go back, fries were ok.

The menu options were great. I tried the bbq cheddar spicy wrap and fries. The wrap had good flavor, the smokey sauce had a good flavor. The reason i didn't give the meal a higher rating was because the chicken was fatty and chewy at times, I couldn't continue to eat it, the fries were not hot and almost seemed old. I wouldn't completely write this place off just based on this visit, next time I'll try something different and hopefully I can update this review
