100% RUDE! We were giving our order and the woman was just pissy from the beginning. My husband and i ended up just leaving because that was so unnecessary.

Food has been fine, but everytime I order a slushy it taste like cleaner. Someone needs to flush that lines. The tea was fine so maybe it's just the slushy machine.

Moldy limeade anyone? If you need extra penicillin in your diet head on over to Sonic in Monroe*Since you responded I am still waiting for a call back from an owner, or upper management to call me. I have contacted corporate. I expect a refund. Corporate has my number and email.

The last 3 times I came here it was before the posted closing time. Each time the night shift closes early and not stay open until the posted closing time. Every time I ask for the manager I get ignored. Very poor customer service. If this place cared about their late night customers they might have a customer but it’s not looking good at all. Called corporate and I am willing to find a way to get in touch with the Franchise Owner Alex Ramsey D .L Corp because I don’t think he would want to hear a customer getting ignored and getting refused service when the store is still open for service.

Waited 10 minutes for our order to be taken push the button two different times not even acknowledged... Even called and nobody would answer the phone employees walking around inside, not even acknowledging any of the customers. Other cars were pulling off also! Same thing happened several months ago when we went to get milkshake also..... Hire some employees that actually want to work!!! Horrible service and sanitation score not good also!!!

Ordered quarter pound double cheeseburger. It was definitely not ! Same size as kids cheeseburger. Very disappointing for me and my husband. We didn't realize till we go home .

My food was sloppy, I ordered two double cheeseburger combos, one with no onions and no tomatoes and got one sloppy single burger and one double with onions and tomatoes. Worst visit ever.
This place was my go to place for a great breakfast burrito, now that a new manager has stepped in, I have stopped by a couple of times, but things are somewhat different. Very dissatisfied with the food a pancake egg no peppers, burrito shaped like a baked potato. Sorry Sonic no more visits here. I was accustomed to visiting here daily just for a breakfast burrito. No more thank you. Servers are nice and polite. Though I never complained to them.

Drove up to a bay and pressed the red button and waited almost 10 minutes before I chose to move to a different bay. I was able to place my order within three minutes and received my items in around 10 minutes (I ordered two Route 44 drinks and a bag of ice). Waitress brought my order to me. The card reader was broken, so she had to run it through another machine. She was kind and sweet, but the delay in ordering was frustrating.
