On 4/20/24 ordered on line. Got there to pickup order and sat in the drive drivethure for 15 minutes. I decided to go inside to get it. Walked in and nobody to greet me. I asked the girl at the counter if she had my order. NOT READY she said. 20 minutes later I told hey it's been a hour. She didn't say a word to me and walked over to the rack of bags and handed me my order. Well needless to say I told her how felt about the hole thing. Should've checked my order before I went out the door. Missing a item! Management needs to get rid of her! She was like that to everyone. Wings were great!

They’re open until whatever time they want to close. It was midnight, the pushed it back to 11:45. I pulled up tonight at 11:39, and guess what? Yep they’re closed. Tomorrow you better make it by 11:30!?

Ive been waiting on line at the drive-thru for nearly 45 minutes!!!!!! Only one order was given out in this time. My order was placed over the phone & as I'm sitting, waiting for 50 minutes, it's ridiculous that the service is pathetic. Never in my life, truly, have I been in a drive- thru this long.

Food is good. Service is beyond poor. I've literally been sitting going on 12 minutes now and haven't even been greeted.Isn't the first time either. This location is always so slow it's pathetic.

One of the workers (Samantha) charged my card four times , saying it wasn’t going through so I decided to just order online and wait for it…and it went through. I told her my name multiple times for the order and whenever the order was done she acted like she couldn’t get it. The whole time she was on the floor sitting infront of the rack of mobile orders. She told another employee who was actually doing something, to get the food.

The food is amazing! They need to do better with customer service. We stood in line for fat least five minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Fortunately for them, we love this food chain, which is why we didn't leave.

Horrible place to eat. Food is greasy even for a fast food restaurant and the wait time is freakin ridiculous. Ordered on the app and it took them over an hour just for some wings. Then when you go to ask the employees look at you like you’re stupid and straight up ignore you. This place is a joke.

Love love love the deep fried corn... we get it without the Cajun seasoning. The wife loves the ranch... says it's the best ever she has had. I have to get extra each time.

The food when receiving it was good. There is something wrong with their process..they looked to be sufficiently staff to address the demand but either a lack of leadership directing what needs to be accomplished or the order fulfillment process is in some serious need of over haul. It shouldn't take long to process orders..over an hour for chicken wings and fries? My suggestion to management/ ownership reevaluate what you're doing and how you're doing it. Also, turn the music down in the dining room. Your staff is calling out names on orders, and no one can hear which name they are calling. Music in the dining room should be for an additional atmosphere, and people should be able to have a conversation without having significantly raising their voice to be heard.
