My salad was good. Dining area needs a deep clean. 2 inches of dust on woodwork and light fixtures. If I saw the dining area before ordering I would have not ate here. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

I was very disappointed. We ordered 4 Zack Snax meals, which has 3 chicken strip's. 2 of the meals, 1 chicken strip was only 2" long. Now, not being petty, but, at least give a full chicken strip!

The food is average for fast food, and everything is too salty. The place really wasn’t very clean lots of debris, food and litter on the floor and many tables not very clean. It has been many years since I have eaten at a Zaxby’s. It seems it was better then.

I had not eaten at Zaxby's for some time. I ordered the classic spicy chicken sandwich and fries for my son through DoorDash today and it was awful. sandwich was sloppy and there were only 5 fries. Never mind the cost which was way beyond what I expected. I will never order nor eat at a Zaxby's again. I guess there was a real reason I hadn't eaten there for a while. Note to myself and all.

Food is always very yummy, I never dine in bc tbh the table and seats don't look in the best condition BUT the drive thru is perfect and the food looks good and sanitary. I don't interact much with the workers since I always get mobile pick up/drive thru, but I never had any issues. The food comes out hot and fast, it is a bit expensive but it's worth it once in a while.

I have been eating at zaxbys for 20 years. It is a franchise and they have overpriced the food. If you drive up a little bit more to zaxbys in indian trail you can get the same meal for 3 or 4 dollars cheaper. This is the most expensive zaxbys I have been to.
Ordered a very large meal, enough to feed 22 ppl. Placed the order, and food was prepared and handed to us in less than 10 minutes. Absolutely love their garlic texas toast. The salad was fresh and delicious.As you all know, I am not a huge fan of chicken. The chicken "finger" was cooked properly and delicious.This was only my second visit to Zaxby's in the past two decades. But after this meal, I might have to visit more often.
I eat here once a week for my lunch breaks at work and the service is great. They are fast, friendly, and the food is great.

Food is really good . Chicken is tasty, crispy, and flavorful. Salads are exceptionally good - especially served with the wonderful Texas toast. Service is very quick and order is always correct. Lots of parking space in front. Employees are friendly but professional. Just a few improvements could be made in the cleanliness and serving utensils areas. It is often difficult to find a clean table. I have decided to carry antibacterial wipes in my purse since so many young people seem to not have much training in what makes for "clean and sanitary ". the table we finally found looked clean on the surface, so we sat. As we sat, my hand reached for the edge of the table for balance- as it did, It was met by sticky residue - ugh! I couldn't believe it so I looked at the table edges and was shocked at the appearance of caked-on grime! That caused me to notice the tables around me and they looked as bad!. I was so glad I had those handy Lysol wipes! I scrubbed and scrubbed and was disgusted at what I saw on the wipe. Although the table top looked clean, I instinctively got another wipe to clean it, too. No grime appeared from the table surface.( see pic). I do, also have an issue with the amount of styrofoam and plastic used by this restaurant. Even with "eating in" , everything is served in styrofoam and/or plastic.. But if that's going to save us from higher prices, so be it. As long as Mr Biden is "leading" us, we have to be as frugal as possible . Zaxby's has done well in keeping prices fairly low- especially if you bring in a church bulletin on Sundays! I love the Christian music that is played at a subtle volume - on Sundays. I don't know about other days as Zaxby's has been our best option for Sunday lunch for many years. Their sanitation grade has been great every time we have been. I always look for a grade in the high 90's -100 on each visit. I do wish the grade was posted on the door - as of now, it is posted behind the counter- in plain view. I just think that we should be aware of sanitation issues BEFORE entering an eating establishment- .

Zaxby's is a casual family & kid friendly restaurant. The food is good here , chicken wings , chicken tenders , fries , onion rings etc . For a healthier option try one of their delicious salads , the are nice size salads & very good . I had the Chicken Cobb salad & enjoyed it very much , will definitely have it again . Four of our party had different salads while two of our party enjoyed the chicken tenders & french fries meals . All the food was great & we didn't wait long at all . They did a great job in getting food out .Kid-friendliness: Defiantly a kid friendly menu here .Parking: Ample parking

We recently moved to the area and there's a few places that are on our list of places to try. One was Zaxbys.'s. I can't speak to all the restaurants but this location was pretty gross. The service was ok, polite but the place was filthy. What's worse than that? The food. Just gross. The bulk of their menu is fried food and the oil the food was fried in must have been old...because it tasted old. The decorations was kind of weird, too. Nothing really matched and there was a broken table that looked like it was being ignored. Come on, I know you can do better than this! Scratch this one off the list.
