We were at the front waiting to be seated for about 5 mins. Several employees saw us and kept going on about their business. Then one came up to the front and handed off a to go order then went back to the kitchen where we continued to wait and got no service. Guess this Applebees services who they want.

We ordered a food delivery for my disabled son for his birthday, 125.00 worth for the family. Everyone got their meal except him.20.00 in fees and they did not pick up the phone.It was my sons favorite meal.

Came her after picking my son up from school. Place was empty so I expected fast service, that was NOT the case. Food took forever to come out from the appetizers to the main food. Buffalo wings came out with no ranch. Had to flag waitress down to which we were told they are making the ranch. Son took his time nibbling on the wings & then food comes out. I ask about the ranch & they say they have to check. Waitress comes back states they have to go to another location to get the ranch. Look this isn't my first time here with horrible service, it's just time for me to warn others. This location is just not great.

I asked for silverware and didn’t receive it. So my kids complained because they were trying to eat in the car after a long day of traveling. I ended up pulling over at gas station to get silverware and napkins. I even gave a tip. I should have kept it.
Had lunch. Swiss mushroom burger amazing! Since I have been rehabbing from back surgery and unable to work, I have really missed Applebee's!

Came mid day so slow business , great service from host to server. However , I wish I would’ve finished my meal at the restaurant so I could’ve made management more aware. The second half of my cheeseburger had a piece of stainless steel scrubber ROLLED INTO the patty. Hopefully that was the only piece in there but I didn’t finish it to find out.

Arrived and was told it’s a 15 minute wait. Almost 45 minutes later we were told that they were not able to help us. 4 others parties before us left. Not a really good Birthday Celebration for my wife at one of her favorite places to eat.Hostess non professionalManager was uncaring

First time at this Applebee's, will not go back!! Took over an hour to get our food and there was only two other tables occupied!!! I got the prime rib dip sandwich, it should never have left the kitchen!!! The meat was burnt (black), the bread was hard as a brick!! If I had bitten into that sandwich I'd have broken my teeth!! My mother got the all you can eat shrimp, it came out of the kitchen lukewarm and when she got home she started throwing up!! If you want food poisoning this is the place to eat!!!

This was my first time eating at Applebee's in a long while, and I must say I will not be going back for a very long time, if ever. The food looks good, but the taste doesn't match up. I ordered a chicken breast with shrimp and mashed potatoes dish.... just not tasty. The only person at our table who was happy with their food was the person who ordered a salad. Sorry Applebee's.
