Day One Doze
I got a number #9 three piece chicken tender meal at 0800 hrs and this is the old chicken I got. Not too mention they asked me what side I wanted and what drink. I asked for bo rounds and said keep the drink. When we pulled up to the window and I paid, we got our order and checked. There was no bo rounds w it. She proceeded to tell me that I only got the chicken & not the meal. Why tf did you ask me for which side and drink if I wasn't getting a meal is my first argument. Then she wanted me to pay for the bo rou ds. At this point I just wanted the order back and to get going. I wouldn't go here! They served me tenders that were old they were extremely dry and hard and gross. I will not go to Bo J's ever again! This manager lady has ruined my love for the bo j's bo rounds and tenders after serving me that old, gross garbage! Shame on you!!!!

I ordered a steak biscuit with fries no seasoning(because I'm allergic to something in it) and a Pepsi and got a ham biscuit fries with seasoning and a sweet tea... They don't pay attention or ask they just had me pay and handed me everything... I was in a rush so I didn't look before I left but if they were paying attention I would have gotten the right stuff.

Customer service was great, and the food was okay. Chicken was hot and fresh, but a little soggy. The sweet tea was good, but the biscuit was bland. My favorite was the Pinto beans.

This is the best Bojangles in town the food is always hot and the people are always friendly.
It was too late to make dinner, so we decided to do fast-food. It was between Bojangles or KFC. The kids never had Bojangles and wanted to try it out. We did the drive-thru experience. We ordered the family meal and added the berry biscuits. We was told that it would be 30 minutes. After 40 minutes, we decided to go in. Our food was not ready, it took an additional 10 minutes before they would start to pack it up. You would have thought that the 30 minutes they took to make our food was to give us something fresh out the fryer — Nope! The chicken looked old (see picture). So, what took 30 minutes to make? The chicken was hard to consume, the Mac and cheese was bland, and the only thing that was edible was the blueberry biscuits! That was so good!! You just have to warm it up. 0 out of 10, would not recommend (well, this location anyway). My poor kids was so hungry, they ate what they could.

Nasty and trifling, The manager is rude and unprofessional. they are spiteful when you specifically need your food prepared a certain way and refuse to accommodate. If I could give this place 0. Stars I would because 1 is being to graceful.
