The manager(s) of this location have to be horrible people or mentally ill. We stopped for dinner on Sunday night (4/21). Our waitress, Taylor, was the only one in the restaurant. She was great and I feel bad she had to keep dealing with problem after problem that were not her fault.Wanted to order a grilled chicken caesar..but they were out of grilled chicken? Okay, no problem. Throw the hand-breaded chicken from their buffalo salad on it. Oh wait, they couldn’t do that. They could only put boneless wings on top of it. Okay fine. About 10 minutes later I’m told that the manager said I would be upcharged for that and instead should get pulled chicken on my salad. At this point I said I don’t care. I just want a caesar salad with whatever protein they can put on it.Kitchen staff brought us appetizers - no plates, no napkins, no silverware. I said twice and then yelled a few times “excuse me” and was ignored. If you are going to pretend to not hear customers, at least do a better job of it. Our waitress circled back after a few minutes (again, not her fault, she’s the only one working the place) and got us everything.However, the trays were wet and I tried to wipe them off. The coating wiped right off and left me with a moist, blackened, and gross napkin. Not going to eat metal coating for dinner.All in all this was a super sad, embarrassing place to eat at. Definitely will never visit this location again, and I suggest anyone reading this to choose elsewhere.

The burger was totally wrong (the toppings were completely wrong from what was ordered, and on the receipt). The wings were ordered as boneless, and we got bone-in. We called there as soon as we discovered that the order was wrong, gave our information and order number, but nothing was credited to our card. So, we ended up paying for things that were screwed up. They have lost our business for good.

Not sure what to say. Ordering online is convenient for me. Just avoid dine-in and in-person ordering . People in person cheat on simple issues like number of sauce. Don’t even mention addons. Simply lie depending on person. Simply treat customers like beggars. I would not say racism, but arrogant stupids. Some people are really nice. So it’s depends on person interacting with. I never seen people with polar opposites in any place like this. Could be a better place even 5 stars if they remove or discipline bad people.I don’t want to give 0 stars just because some arrogant people.

I’ve never felt like more of a burden. Our waitress started the night off with rolling her eyes and sighing after we ordered waters (we cut out soda for dietary reasons, but she acted like we were trying to be cheap). Then when she came back to take our order I looked over to ask my fiancé what appetizer he wanted to get and she said “do you need another minute because I have other tables I can be helping” in a very rude tone (it was not busy she only had 1 other table) and then proceeded to leave and go talk to another waitress. Before she even brought our food out she asked us how we were going to be paying and when we said by card she instructed us to pay with the barcode and then said that she would need to check to make sure we “actually pay” before we leave. This was the worst service I’ve ever had. And I would also just like to say, we had just left the gym so I might have looked like I don’t have a lot of money but every customer deserves good treatment, and I am normally a VERY good tipper. I’m very disappointed. She also turned off all of the TV’s at 11:20pm when we were watching the game and they close at 12am.

She never asking if we need more drinks and we had to weigh like 45 minutes for the food I guess they need more serious people to work in the place. I ordered take out and I was not disappointed. The wings were crispy with lots of sauce. I paid extra for just flats but ended up getting both flats and legs so that was why I took away a star but the food was great. Also I got the cheese curds with a side of caramel sauce and it was delicious like always.

Chicken tenders and potato wedges were amazing. Chicken was crispy and juicy inside and the potato skins were crispy and delicious. Could not have asked for a better lunch.
I ordered online and picked up boneless wings. I was so excited and was in such a mood for them. They must have been overcooked. It was so hard where you can barely even bite into it and not good. I have to say it was a letdown. I never write reviews but I had to write this.

We just moved from across country and stopped going to BWW because we just didn’t have good experiences there anymore. Today we had Taylor, she was wonderful. She was so great with our girls, she anticipated needs and got the kiddo’s food out first. Ours was soon after. She also had several other tables she was looking after, and the service we received was never affected. She cleared all of our plates quickly - this is a huge for me - I hate sitting at a dirty and cluttered table. Thank you Taylor! You have restored our faith!
