Ordered 2 burritos 1 barbacoa 1 al pastor. Both orders had very little meat. Al passtor was already falling apart before I took it out the foil. Also the proportionality of the burrito was off. 1 bite was nothing but cheese. 1 Bute was nothing but lettuce. 1 bite was beans one bite was rice lol idk who making the burritos but might want to give training another go

I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt……..we went a few months back and the drink machine was broken & all the tables were filthy. I thought maybe they just had a tough day.We went back and it was the same exact situation. No drink machine & every single table disgusting!!!!I didn’t go there to get take out. I went to take my children to eat. Horrible!

Came in to get a bowl and the store was not that busy but it was dirty as hell they were out of everything and when I asked how long it would take for them to get more of the Al pastor chicken you just shrugged and said it's going to be probably a while so I left going to drive to the Statesville store instead

Food was okay and prepared quickly. Drink machine was not working and the tea was old or brewed very strong, not worth $3.10 per drink. The last few times the restaurant was very dirty. Had to wipe our on table down with sanitizer. The floor had food all over it while certain staff were just standing around behind the counter.

We ended up leaving. There were six people working at the counter, and only one was filling an order. The tables and floors were filthy, and nobody was making an attempt to clean it. There were three additional people in front of us and the gentleman that was working on the burrito of the first person was taking a very long time, while everyone else stood around joking.. Overall very bad experience

This is the closest location to me. I hadn't been to this location in a couple of years and mind you... I eat at chipotle almost once a week but always wait until I go to Charlotte because this Mooresville location has HORRIBLE service. They NEVER have the vinaigrette dressing and the one time they do they want to charge for it. I asked for extra lettuce in my salad and the guy didn't want to give me any. I didn't ask for extra chicken... I ask for extra LETTUCE ?! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!
Rationing food, terrible manager. Everyone knows what a chipotle bowl looks like. This place gives you a half bowl. Drive 3 more miles to the next chipotle. Would not east your time or money.

The place was good, but they had half the seating area blocked off.Dietary restrictions: They had food for those of us that are gluten free.Parking: There's also parking for the handicapped.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are not so easy. They're not wheelchair accessible. Need to have someone open them for you.
Reading all the bad reviews and wondering whether or not to go to this Chipotle?? DONT. Walking into the store girls outside were complaining about it and my hunger pushed me to still go inside. To sum it up, rude management and employees, HORRIBLE food portions literally half a hand sized burritos, and the food you do get is SUBPAR (rice tastes disgusting rest is just meh).
