ice cream always tastes good, but the service is very hit or miss there. i'm sorry your customers are such a burden.

Today is March 21, 2024 @ 5:36pm the VERY FIRST time I have ever experienced TERRIBLE customer service at my happy place. I walked in, wasn’t greeted. Ok, I’m willing to look past this, although RUDE! The employee working (no name tag) kept working and NEVER acknowledged my presence. I stood at the counter in her face for about 3 minutes & she NEVER asked to take my order or anything. She kept doing whatever it was she was doing. Unfortunately, I left w/no ice cream. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNFORGIVING!!! Won’t be back!

Worst Cold Stone I ever been to, paid for a large and tall kid in the hat gave me half the ice cream of my friend who got a large and he paid less. Place sucks, would never go again and don’t recommend. Kids an idiot.

Went on my lunch today to get some ice cream with a gift card I received for Christmas when I went to pay I was told they don't accept them because they don't get payed. The gift card literally says cold stone on it. So disappointed and won't come back. If they aren't getting payed then they should consider not putting their names on gift cards or not even having gift cards. Just a thought

It hit the spot!!! My granddaughter had the Boo Batter. It was yummy! I had my sweet cream, cake batter and cheesecake milkshake with white chocolate chips....yum!
the grossest tasting cookie dough ice cream i’ve ever had in my life tbh. and the workers there did not listen to my friend & i at all, us continuously having to repeat what we wanted, even though it wasn’t difficult…they looked at us with blank stares…then they charged us over $20 for 2 ice cream cones with barely anything in it, and the orders weren’t even right, but we just didn’t want to deal with it anymore.

Good service, good ice cream but come on guys, there is no need for being dirty. Like coming here, it's always dirty inside and out. We have said something in the past and employees say they are not the ones who are supposed to clean. So, now posting and hoping things change or not returning.
