Terrible service and very very rude about face masks I had a thick shirt covering my face but that wasn't sufficient.... smh UPDATE I was fool enough to go here again and twice now these young kids have made my drink wrong and today I got donuts that looked like my 2yr had played with them smh

I’ve complained about various Dunkin’ Donuts before the poor service, their lack of available food, but getting rid of the ability to do Apple Pay or pay through a phone app is absolutely ridiculous. They want you to get out of your car and come inside just to pay with your phone rather than try to grab your purse or your walletwhile you’re sitting in line and trying to pay him with that, it doesn’t cost more to use Apple Pay or your credit card through an Apple Pay app or a Google PA app then it does to just take a regular credit card. I’m done with Dunkin’ Donuts.

Nasty coffee and nasty attitude. They handed ke probably one of the worst coffees I've ever had in my entire life and got mad when I asked the red headed girl to remake it. I go there every morning but I won't anymore y'all can keep your nasty coffee and horrible attitude. Oh and thanks for my extra small straw for my large coffee let me just dig it out of my drink when I'm ready to take a sip.

I decided to stop by to grab some coffee today and when I tried to pay for my coffee with Apple Pay I was told they can't physically touch my phone and that the only way is to come inside. I have no problem with that, but, my 3 year old child was asleep in her carseat in the backseat. As I'm trying to tell the girl in the window, she calls her coworker to the window and says, IM WALKING AWAY NOW as I am still talking to her. I just wanted to make sure I didn't have to wait too long if I got off since I would have to walk away from my child. The other employee was very helpful and took care of me in a timely manner. I thanked her for taking my order and I can see the other girl discussing me with the employees in the back while they're all looking my way and whispering. I was very uncomfortable . I didn't think I was giving her any trouble and she was very rude. Got my coffee but I don't think I will be back. Customer service is not a priority for this location.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and bacon and received this. Not a picky person but there’s no cream cheese on the other side at all. Coming from New England, this D&D’s food and service is absolutely terrible. It’s like they forget they’re making someone’s breakfast for the day… It’s always so slow with barely any customers coming through that this is just clearly lazy workers. On top of that, the drive through girl had so much attitude when she forgot an iced coffee in the order. Safe to say it’s worth it to take the extra 5 minute drive to the E Plaza Drive D&D in Mooresville instead. They actually have the energy to put cream cheese on BOTH sides and not get pissed when they mess up :)

I got coffee,I wanted creamer in they gave to me the lid came off coffee burnt my leg didn't look like creamer was even in.Had to have my friend walk in to get creamer put in with a new lid lady did switch out for a new cup said lid weren't working on some of the coffee
