“Terrific service. The only thing I'd say is that attention to detail should be adhered to a little better for a better customer experience in the future. I asked for my coffee made a certain way. I was even asked again for clarification, and the order was still wrong. People make mistakes, and that's alright, but hopefully, it improves on my next visit. I'll add another star if that's the case“
“I go here practically every morning at 5:00 AM for work and the morning staff is the best. Usually it's the same few people working and they're super nice and my order always comes out perfect. Sometimes they're out of hot chocolate but that's not a big deal for me.“
“I went through the drive through this morning and a gentleman by the name of RJ took my order. Easily the best customer service I have ever received at a Dunks. I have worked primarily customer service most of my life and I have lived in Boston for about 7 years and have gone into hundreds of different locations. Not only was his service better than any other Dunks I have been to, but it was better than most of the people I have worked with/for in the industry. His service is enough to make this my main location in town, even though it is out of my way.“
