Love going here for the atmosphere and food but I don't understand the wait times, when they seem to be staffed, and the table placement of not such a great spot especially when other nicer table locations are available.Parking: Often have to park in an overflow dirt area.

If you are looking for a waterside restaurant that has great ambiance, food, and service, look no further. Eddie's has it all! The clams casino is a great appetizer. The Sautéed Sea Scallops in a pea puree was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. Don't pass up Eddie's crabcakes as an entree. They are the best I ever tasted.Kid-friendliness: They have a great kids menu. They are always very accommodating when it comes to kids.
A friend and I visited Eddies on Saturday and we were absolutely impressed with the service and the food. They were super busy and we only waited 25 mins for a table on the patio. We grabbed a drink from the bar and went out and sat lakeside in one of their many seating areas while we waited for our table. Our server Melanie was absolutely AMAZING! We ordered hush puppies for our appetizer and they were sooooo good and moist and piping hot. The wedge salad with the homemade blue cheese dressing was so good too! For my entree ordered the 14 oz ribeye it was good and seasoned to perfection. Before we were leaving a little band started playing and the place was packed with tons of people waiting outside to get on. I’ve lived in Charlotte 6 years and this is my first time visiting Eddies but we will definitely be back!!

Love this place. Great atmosphere when the weather is good. Sometimes there's a little wait if you want patio seating, but the place is really good. Took my wife on a date for Easter and the food was really good. I had the surf and turf. We had some oysters, they were great. We also had some king crab legs and they were perfect too. Oh and today they a live band, and I don't know who the 2 guys were, but they were freaking amazing. I'm gonna try to get their contact info and use them later. Good place to go.
