If someone would answer the phone, there may have not been a negative review. New to ordering firehouse sub and all 3 of our subs were warm. Who wants warm lettuce, tomato, and mayo?? I did not order my subs toasted!! If I wanted hot food, I would not have ordered a sandwich. $30 bucks down the drain and zero customer service.

The bread is good and if you are in a pinch it's a decent sub. Much better than subway but not in the same ball game as jersey mikes. They are also fairly pricey for the value. The store itself wasn't in the best condition or feel that clean.

Absolutely unacceptable food was ordered at 12:30 and we were there to pick it up and 12:40. The website said it would be ready at 12:50 and we waited until 1:12! Sooo 42 minutes for a sandwich? Everyone was livid they were making door dash orders a priority! This isn't okay!

Came in tonight to order and needed gluten free bread, they were laughing and lazy and were rude the whole time in there and then they told us they were out of gluten free bread and started chanting and getting excited that they didn’t have to serve us. The kid with long shaggy hair also was making constant mocking and immature comments to us as we walked out. So immature and clearly did not want to be there or care to work. Hire some employees with half decent work ethic and no attitudes. Will never come back to this location, ridiculous.

Came here for the first time today, to get lunch to go. Contrary to other reviews, the place was clean and the workers friendly.We got two medium subs, a Meatball and the Engineer. Both were what we expect from Firehouse Subs: fresh, hot, and plenty of fillings. They were packed neatly and stayed warm until we got home.The subs were delicious, along with their accompanying pickles.We will be back.
