I'm cuban and this is not cuban food. They don't have anything that's on the menu. It gives our food a bad reputation

We are new to the area and this place was suggested to us for brunch. It did not disappoint!! The food was great, and our server was friendly and on point. We loved the atmosphere and live music. We will definitely be coming here more often.

We love the atmosphere and enjoy sitting on the patio over looking the lake! The food is always unique and delicious and the Jalapeno Margaritas never disappoint. We really enjoyed the Cigar event and look forward to more events like this over the summer.

The place is wonderful, with a terrace located in front of the lake, they prepare some mojitos and authentic Cuban food. The customer service is very satisfactory, they speak English and Spanish... I will return very soon and I 100% recommend the girl who served me Ms. Aylin was very attentive and respectful. God bless your business Havana 33 Thank you very much!

The food, service, and atmosphere here is absolutely incredible! This place feels like a home away from home! Monica took care of us and she was amazing. The live music here also adds to this amazing experience. Perfect place for brunch or dinner. Highly recommended sitting outside when the patio is open, beautiful view! ??❤️?

My friends and I chose to celebrate a friend's birthday at Havana, excited for the Cuban food experience. The waterfront location and live music added to the ambiance. We started with the empanadas, which were amazing, especially the veggie option. However, my steak and eggs arrived cold, with overcooked steak, and my friend found a small hair in her eggs. Although they rectified missing sauces, one cup of water had a bug, prompting us to switch to bottled water, which was charged extra. The tres leche dessert was just okay, and the presentation lacked appeal. Despite these issues, I might consider giving Havana another chance, but with reservations.

I give it 4 out of 5 overall stars. Visiting from out of town, ended up grabbing lunch at Havana 33. Overall delicious food the service started out slow and lacking but they rebounded after a little while and were on top of the game. Ambiance: Could not ask for anything more on a beautiful sunny afternoon. We sat out on the patio and took in the vitamin D while waiting for our food. Music: Great Job, the live latin Jazz'esque music playing truly made the whole experience complete. There were a few minutes when I could envision myself sitting off a side street in Cuba while enjoying the sun. Food: DELICIOUS! We ordered the sampler appetizer, the pan con pollo, the mojito salmon, the parguito frito, and the steak and eggs brunch meals. Presentation was excellent on each platter. Each person cleaned their plate and enjoyed each of their meal. The chimichurri mojo sauce adds a delicious flavor worthy of commenting about to each meal. SERVICE: Service started out slow, we waited long enough to observe another table get up and leave. Highly recommend you arrive prior to actually being hungry. DRINKS: service was slow however the drinks were excellent. I had the cucumber spritzer, highly refreshing and was a great accompanying drink to my lunch. The rum punch arrived in a beautiful artisan cup adding to the experience. PRICE: overall found it to be reasonable for the quality of food, the beautiful water view, the music and ambience. It came out to about $40 per person for meal, drink, and tip. If your in town, looking for a nice date location, brunch spot recommend you check out this local eatery for a trip back to havana without leaving the Charlotte City limits. Enjoy!
