Food is very mediocre. Tater tots either old or over cooked. And the fish tacos, well very bizarre. 2 pieces of fried fish in a tortilla. This was the large 8.00 beer ..service started great until the waiters blonde girlfriend came to visit. They sat at a back table and chatted while we waited to be cashed out. Will not return. Overpriced for mediocre

We got seats right away on a Saturday night. The bar tender was nice actually was able to hold a conversation with us. Food was good the side salad is top notch.

We had a larger party on Saturday, which I understand service can be slow. Drinks took a while, ordering took a while, we were there for about two hours. No biggie, I understand about the wait.When my spinach dip came out, it was COVERED in oil. To the point where I even poured oil out of the bowl several times. It tasted like I was eating chips and olive oil. I’ve had their spinach dip before and it was nothing like this. It was absolutely disgusting. The server took it off our bill, which I thanked him for. I just told him it wasn’t my favorite, because it’s not his fault.My husband had a chicken sandwich and it was decent. Just overall not so great experience. I do not blame the server at all though. He was kind and attentive.

Not the greatest, table's were sticky, (where the varnish is coming off of them) stemmed broccoli was no where near close to being done - to which was disappointing as me & my husband both had ordered it, tea was bland, absolutely nothing on the tables, (no salt/pepper, ketchup, A-1) entirely too many TV's on & on different channels. It was lunch time, so they could've just had several of them off and it would've been fine. The waiter was great, but I think he was the only one working, and then the lady greeting you at the door was also the one to clean the tables.

Did call ahead for 6pm this afternoon for 10 people. When we arrived there was a mishap and someone had been sat at our table. The manager immediately apologized and accommodated us within five minutes. Our server was great but the kitchen had gotten backed up with to go orders and dine in orders. Once our food come out it was fresh and good. Then the manager came out and apologized for the wait and only charged us for 1 appetizer and 1 drink for the entire table of 10. That is service and we know sometimes places get swamped. The manager took care of us because we were patient and didn’t get hostile. We will go back if in the area!

I had an unpleasant experience Friday, 1/5/24 with one of the managers on duty. It was documented in my previous review. I was surprisingly contacted by the Regional manager, Nicole today to offer her apologies and to make amends. I truly appreciate her righting a wrong by one of her staff. She, and the server Madison displayed excellent customer service in this situation. Thank you!
