Here’s the deal. Most people only leave reviews for really bad or really good experiences. We’ve been here many times. The beer is okay. The environment is mostly what we come for. Unfortunately, at our most recent visit, the female bartender was rude, asking my sister in law to “hurry up, I have a line.” She also aggressively got onto our children which we really thought was uncalled for. Unfortunately we ended our visit for the day prematurely.

Hoptown hosted us for my wife’s birthday party. From beginning to end the service was exceptional. During the event we had ample seating reserved as well as an area for dinner and cake to be set. The staff made sure we did not have to come to the bar to order and made it a point to help us clean up at the end of the night. We will definitely be coming back for future parties not to mention weekend beers!!Thanks for being a part of our special night :)

We love Hoptown!!! Disco Kid (sour beer) is my favorite beer - ever! We also love their monthly bunco game and weekly music trivia. Who doesn’t want to go to a place where everyone takes time to learn your name?!

Offset Origins
A group of friends and I were attending a local car show and got the pleasure of meeting the owners Scott and Sandy who were serving beer for the show. After sampling beer at the show, we decided to swing by the brewery afterwards since Scott and Sandy were so welcoming. We were from out of town and weren't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised with how nice the brewery was when we pulled up. We got to sit in the outdoor area and enjoy some more of their beers (Pumpkin Spice of Life was the group favorite). And then to our surprise, Sandy shows up to greet us, giving everyone high fives, and thanking us for swinging by! We couldn’t have had a better experience and were grateful for Scott and Sandy, and the hospitality. If you’re in Mooresville, NC looking for some delicious brews and a great time, this is the place to be.
