Went for the first time on Sunday, April 14th. I got the classic cheeseburger w/fries. I liked the taste of the burger but not so much the fries. I will be back to try something else on the menu. As for the service, not the best but definitely not the worst I’ve had.

I ordered 20 wings received 10 at first then had those 10 dumped into a bigger plate only to have 15 and cold also ordered crispy fries they came soggy. Friend ordered ribs that was way to dryed out. Kitchen staff way under staffed. The poor waiting staff gets the blunt of it all. Award Winning Wings for being lousy. I feel my $112 could been better spent elsewhere. I won’t be back with my family anytime soon or longer.Kid-friendliness: There’s none

Had wings and cheezy bacon fries. Fries were good, and portions were good sized. Wings were nothing to write home about. fatty, average aize, and over soaked. had about 1/4" deep of greesy sauce in the bottom of the baaket.

Kickback Jack's Mooresville, NC please don’t go there the food sucks the service sucks the drinks sucks everything sucks to many judging a book by it cover like my money not green like everyone else’s it no way I spent 50 something dollars order 5 drinks an wasn’t even a tad bit tipsy then the waitress tried to be smart and condescending an say yeah you can take the bucket but you got to pour the juice out I said yup pour that juice you made out bc who drinking a bucket full of mixer juice I seen her making other ppl drinks slack she don’t know how to mix she not even using the full shot she using the half shot red flag number 1 bc you don’t know the difference then get mad bc I said I will be back when Collin come to work the manager wasn’t helping he come defending a situation before he knew the facts red flag number 2 it giving what y’all both got going on bc clearly she was just hired just because I was wondering why ppl was at the bar only ordering can beer like girl I wish I can leave zero stars

Service was good and the outfits are cute . The food is mediocre, but the spinach dip is AMAZING! Great place for appetizers and to watch sports. Another thing I didn’t like was no diversity amongst the servers.

Previous visit (first time) was pretty much what we experienced during this (and last) visit. Many more empty tables than occupied. Bartender pulling double duty with tables but giving priority to the bar. Hostess girls (-very- young) gave impression they didn't want to be there or do their jobs. Seven-eight minutes for first visit for drink order seemed rather long with very few tables occupied. The food orders came out in a reasonable time. The N'Oleans pasta dish had promise but digging deeper proved wrong. There must be one hell of a profit margin on this dish. Sausage sliced so thin it was tough and chewy from over cooking. Same for the tiny bits of chicken. The shrimp were the small boiled then frozen popcorn size. Peppers and onions had been cooked long ago. The fish 'n chips were good. Slaw was mostly liquid but good. Just didn't get much slaw for all the liquid in the bowl. No point in complaining at the time ... nobody came around to check until meal was basically over. I guess they depend on TVs and a bar tab. Really wanted something different for a change, but this isn't the different that makes me want to return. Also noticed there were no replies from the store to any Google review. The review about the molded broccoli had disturbing comments from the manager according to the reviewer.
Nice place except gir a family of uncontrollable kids. Remove archadeKid-friendliness: Sorry to say the evening I went there were parents with uncontrollable children. Bad parenting.
