Not a good experience at all! There were 3 of us for Sunday dinner and upon entering we noticed how busy and loud the restaurant was...which is ok for a successful fun restaurant... but that was not our experience. We were seated at a table between the bar and the servers' station. Between our table and the servers' station was a pillar. On either side of the pillar was a 2 foot opening to the servers' station, where ALL the servers congregated to loudly converse over the noise. There were many employees and not enough room so some leaned over the back of our booth facing us as they talked over my mother's head! Otherwise we were looking at their backsides through the openings as they talked loudly. I'm not exaggerating. Then the food arrived - 2 shrimp fajitas (tasteless) and 1 steak fajita (tough). We boxed up the leftovers and the next day (today) tossed them in the trash. I took only 1 photo because I didn't think to do so earlier when it was at the height of annoyance. Never again.

I had an amazing time at Rio15! Our server, Antonio, was amazing! He was super attentive, helpful, quick, and always checked up on us. He updated us on our food, always made sure our drinks were filled, and made sure we were okay. When we come back, we’ll definitely ask for him. When you go to Rio15, ask for Antonio! The food was also very yummy.

I think we went on the wrong night. Party of 7 and only 1 food was correct and good. My sister food never came out. And still tried to charge her. My food was do oily and nasty. Never again . The street corn was the average . I was so hungry thats all i ate the entire dinner. Ohhh cocktail was A1

The service and atmosphere was so amazing, I enjoyed the food and my waiter was courteous and met all my demands.
Came for a birthday celebration on a Saturday night. I had the tacos de camarón and they were great! Long wait and virtually no indoor waiting space to accommodate the large amount of people they get, so you have to wait outside (wasn't a problem to me but may be something to consider for others). We told staff we were celebrating a birthday and they brought out a sombrero, sang happy birthday and gave us a free dessert!

We were craving Mexican food last night. On the other side of town, and visited Rio150. Ordered fajitas. I'm glad we shared it. We bought had plenty to eat. And had a box to take home ! For it being busy we got our appetizers and our meal pretty fast.We enjoyed it, hopefully next time I am not the one driving so I can order one of their famous mixed drinks.

I really, really love the food here. Me and my daughters drive from Gastonia NC to Mooresville to eat here that's how much we love the food. However the three times we've come we've always had poor service from the wait staff here. They were not attentive to you as you're ordering and it's very rushed. We asked for to go items and instead of separate containers the lady bought us one to share lol. I love this place I just hope the service is better.
