It's not bad, but not great. The bagels are pretty soft even when toasted and, as some other reviews mention, are kind of bread-like. That's not my personal preference for bagels, but it wasn't awful. The place felt a little dirty.

I have been going here since moving to Mooresville. They always have decent food. I have not had a problem with them until today. I called in my order and specified I need a plain roll either no seeds. Due to health reasons I can’t have them. I even said that. Got home and my sandwich was on a poppy seed roll. When I called to complain I was yelled at and received no resolution. I pray that the man who was so rude one day has a similar situation and gets treated the same way he treated me

Definitely not the bagels what so ever but, they have literally the best sandwiches anywhere, plus tons to choose from! I always get the Brawley sandwich. It is super delicious. I’ve tried other sandwiches and there are also good and fresh! You will not be disappointed!
