I go here all the time, but lately they have dropped the ball with their service and food! Our burgers were completely raw! So gross!Management needs to do better.

The management seems on top of things and the employees work hard.I only ordered an oatmeal and drink, it came out fast and hot.For a busy store orders seem to get finished quickly and accurately. Listen, if you're busy and have cars behind me, I will absolutely pull forward and wait for my food. If I'm the only car in the drive thru and you just want me to move to artificially decrease your average drive thru time? Not happening! The manager came to the window wanting to argue with me. He said it takes 3 minutes to cook and that if I didn't want to wait, I shouldn't order a 1/4 pounder. I had no problem waiting, I just wasn't going to move down to do it. If I was the manager there, I would be more concerned with my store's low reputation and the fact that my drive thru was completely empty at 5:00 PM than about my drive thru time!

I had to review this McDonalds, I've lived down the street from this location for almost 2 years. In that 2 years I have never even gotten old fries from this McD's. Everything is always made fresh, and they've also never gotten my order wrong either. I wish all locations were this efficient, consistent, and enjoyable.

Unfortunately this location is the closest to my house so I would think if I would go there to pick up my daughter lunch to meet her at least 25 minutes prior. I would get my food within a decent timeframe in order to drive six minutes back to my house where her school is across the street. I came last week and went through the drive-through 40 minutes before I had to be at the school I waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes. I was told to pull forward to wait for my caramel frappe. They came back outside 25 minutes later to ask me what I ordered. My daughter didn’t get to eat lunch that day cause she waited on me to get there. Today I decided to do it on the app before I went into the shower I processed the order it came off my card. I went to the location which is 15 minutes from my house. They told me that the order didn’t come through but three minutes ago. My daughter doesn’t eat lunch because of the ditzy Employees that work here and that pop around and don’t do their job. I used to work for the owner of this location and I will be trying my best to contact Michael

Horrible service. Waited over 15 mins for a mobile order i placed only to find out they hadn’t printed any of the tickets. Service sucks here. They’re rude. Not friendly. They don’t need to hold customer service jobs if that’s not ur strong suit.

Terrible. Went to the drive-through for 2 happy meals and was told to wait in one of the parking spots. After 20 minutes waiting I went inside; total chaos with other customers complaining - I got my order after 30 minutes and they still manage to forget items.
Went to this McDonald’s this afternoon for a drink. After I drank all of it noticed all this black in the cup. I’m assuming mold ?

I have been to this McDonald’s several times in the past. I believe the owners are the ones that were walking around in the lobby. Service was great, but on another note came when they were not here and waited 15 minutes on my food, and once the employee brought the food, she threw it on the counter. Also heard someone speak to an elderly lady and tell her they’re busy. She will get to her order when she can.I will not return to this location. I will pass it to go to a different one from now on.
