This review was intended to be posted back in November. That I'd when my family decided to finally give this place a try for an early dinner. Since we're a family of 5, we can't always eat out as it can get pricey. We gave their fajita kit a try as it seemed like a great amount of food at a really good price. I placed the order only for instore pick up and it was very easy. I even joined their rewards program and immediately earned a free queso. We drove over and were quickly greeted and given our order. Staff was super polite. We made it back home and had a very delicious dinner. Their was even a little leftover for lunch the next day. We will certainly be ordering again.

I have been to this Moe's a few times , and it is always the best experience. The menu had a lot of different options, and the prices aren't that bad for what you get. I got a bowl and it was amazing. They also have a wide variety of different drinks, from lemonade to soda to iccee flavored drinks. Highly recommend if you are looking for great employees, good food, and a great time!

I’ve been going here on my lunch breaks for the past 6 months and they never disappoint! The staff they have really knows what they’re doing, you can tell they are actually there to do their job and deliver quality meals. The manager Jason is always super pleasant!

This Moe's is clean, courteous staff, and has awesome food.
I wouldn’t recommend working here. My favorite employee was fired over having to go to the ER.. It’s just very hard for me to wrap my head around how they would fire the best crew member I’ve seen in a while at this location because they were concerned about their health. Seems like this business only cares about making money and not the health of their employees.

This location has gone downhill. Went there today and the employees were rude. They were out of almost everything. I used to come here all the time but stopped about 6 months ago when the service was terrible. Thought I'd give them a try tonight but no improvement. Guess I'm done. Too bad because I like the food.

Nachos is what I ordered, the salsa was gross didn’t taste like any salsa I ever had. For $13 I didn’t enjoy my food at all. The ground beef was inedible, huge chunks you try to break it down it won’t it would string together & still tasted some what cold and it was under my queso and rice so no reason it would be that cold in my nachos won’t ever be back.I would rather go to Taco Bell or Salsarita’s the best
Where is the African American girl that works there. You need her back on the line ASAP. No one’s really listening to the customer. Yes, asking questions without actually listening The basis of a chicken burrito is the chicken. Please stop being skimpy on the food that we order does not make sense. If you can’t do so raise the price. And stop asking everyone if they want chips we do want chips everyone wants chips in their bag.

It was pretty good. My expectations weren't high because similar places have been disappointing, but Moe's hit a little different. The food was fresh and had good flavor. Not that it's super unhealthy, but I didn't feel like I was limited to only healthy options. Look, it's ok if you just want to smash some good food sometimes and not have to worry about the calories or carbs. I think I put everything in my bowl.... I said give me everything you got and it definitely didn't disappoint. That bowl was loaded lol. Moe's has the healthy options as well, but you can get your grub on here and knock those cravings right on out. Price is ok too, right in line with other places so can't complain there either. I'll definitely be back sooner than later.

Placed an online order and was shorted a $12 burrito. Called and complained and was told I'd have a remake anytime I came in. Just went in to claim it and there was no record of it. Blonde female manager could care less. Take care of your customers or lose them. BYE

I accidentally ordered at this location and I was actually at the Hickory store well the Hickory store told me I had to call the Mooresville store and get them to cancel the online order I placed so I started calling them and calling them and calling them I have now called them over 40 times and they REFUSE to answer the phone so I’m just out my money but that’s ok I’m very loved and I will have everyone I know write a bad review on this location
