I ordered the "ultimate pepperoni." What I got, was a total sham! The worst delivered pizza ever. Over half the pizza didn't have pepperoni on it.The second pizza was supposed to be cut in squares, and baked well. Neither of those happened.Very disappointed in my order. I wish I could post pictures.

Ordered their new garlic crust pizza and loved it so much we ordered again. I stopped at pizza chain restaurants because it just tasted like cardboard but I like this one. Only thing is the bottom crust is thinner than usual so it’s basically all cheese (this was weird next time I order I will take pictures). I ordered wings on one ordered and they were fine, nothing to write home about. I wish the blue cheese dressing was chunky but hey.

Terrible customer service all and throughout, I had ordered the wrong pizza for delivery and such a simple request, they couldn’t even exchange it for another regular thin pizza. I had already tipped the driver, I barely had any money to tip in the first place, I should have went ahead and left $0 for the delivery driver with how poor the customer service they gave me was. When I had called the manager on the phone to try and fix my order all I would get is a “sorry bud”. I hope you guys don’t go bankrupt soon with how you’re taking advantage of people’s money like that, and can’t even promise delivering a good pizza. Hopefully the manager doesn’t have any kids, probably starves them with how he treats customers over the phone.

Atmosphere is always kind of stressful because they're always doing training. I placed an order incorrectly and immediately called to see if they could change it and the manager was pretty rude about it. Other than that I've always had a decent experience here.
It was good. Service was good. Food was hot. The whole experience was good. The only reason I didn’t give it 5stars was because I’ve had better. Nothing against them. Just not the best.

This place is inconsistent. They often get overwhelmed and that causes the wrong pizzas to the wrong houses (right here) and from time to time sloppy or cold pizza. Their is no real atmosphere as it is a place to walk up to the counter and pay. Some of the inconsistency comes from the staff's lack of information on anything outside of the store. Almost all answers are an immediate here call this toll free number then you will get someone that knows the answer to your problem.

This is a PSA: This establishment is charging people a tip on carry out whether you want to pay it or not. They are doing this in such a way that many people will not notice it unless you are actually adding up the order yourself. When I questioned the shift manager, Jeff, he couldn't answer me and continued to tell me it was the system. Then told me that it wasn't his fault I had an issue with paying taxes. He even threatened to kick me out of the store without my food and without a refund because I said it would be a cold day in hell before I returned. I get that $1.57 or (10% tip) isn't much, but this is for carry-out. This is stealing and fraud. Most people pay more than $15.72 per visit. Just think how much they are making off people without anyone realizing. The issue is about stealing from customers and not being upfront about it.
