Food was awesome. They where short staffed, and our waiter was running his tail off. Felt sorry for him. Bartender was great able to fix difficult drinks.

Ordered spaghetti with meatballs. The 'sauce' was tomato paste in texture and flavor. The meatballs were very, very dry with a very faint flavor and the flavor was nothing to write home about.$20+ Awful!

Wish the servers would bring food in order. We ordered appetizer about half way thru, here she was with our salad, and the same thing with the entre which got cold before we had time to eat it. I realize they want to push you thru in a hurry but please let us time to finish one course before your bringing another.

Dined tonight solo. Bar area has booths, as well as typical bar seating. Excellent citrus salmon, chef threaded the needle well (between overdone and sushi, about 1-2 minutes). Very nicely done and served on a bed of sliced oranges.Fresh Caesar salad, good grilled vegetables.Impeccable service from Reagan…I’d ask for her. Attentive, courteous and professional.Excellent vodka martini from Scott. I ordered a reverse Vesper, he knew how to make it by the book, extra olives.Great meal, service, and dinner drink.Highly recommended.

This was a return visit with my sister, nephew and niece. They had recently returned from Italy and were looking for some local good Italian. I suggested Pomodoro's. They were pleasantly surprised. I had the shrimp and scallop dinner with a special request to have pesto on the pasta. It was great.Kid-friendliness: Great family place to eat.Parking: Immediately adjacent to the door.

I got to be honest, THE WORST PIZZA IVE EVER BEEN SERVED!! Our server was good. Food was terrible. Will never ever go back here!! Such a waste of space. Dough was super soggy. So nasty. They came out to offer something else but we didn’t want anything else they had. If you can’t get pizza right, there’s no way I’m trying anything else. Way overpriced as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Why didn’t my (2) pizzas look like the pictures??

All ambiance, no substance. Prices don't reflect food quality.Don't go here.We got 2 meals and a kids meal. The kids spaghetti was ridiculously tiny and had about 2 tablespoons of marinara on it. We had to pay extra to get a single meatball. That meal alone cost $9.50Our meals were bland and underwhelming. Definitely not up to par for an Italian restaurant. I'd expect this quality of food from Jason's Deli. We got two of their desserts, they were just okay. Slightly better than grocery store pastries but 3 times the price. The two people sitting across from us complained that their chicken dishes were 'chewy and dry' so it wasn't just us.Skip this place. Not worth it.

I would give this restaurant ZERO stars if I could. WORSE Italian restaurant EVER. More than Half of the menu was wine and cocktails that should tell you everything. There was not ambiance, tables were dirty, food simply was subpar. Every restaurant was full but this was not. I should have known better. Never again!!!!! Server was the only good thing.

We just were driving by and decided to stop, so happy that we did! Clean, quite and comfortable. Large portions of delicious Italian food. Hot fantastic bread stick with warm butter. Yum! They also have a well stocked bar.

I only did take out so cannot speak to staff other than at the counter. The staff was very friendly but sadly the food was a very sad excuse for italian fare. Sauce was basically crushed tomatoes feom a can. Pasta was mealy, cheese in the caneloni was gritty and tasteless. The chicken parm was okay and fried mushrooms were also boring and a bit gummy. The only good thing was the bread the served which i have to say was excellent. But that is not going to ever bring us back. Chefs could do so much better than this with just a little effort.

We stopped in for an impromptu dinner date. The server kept us waiting for quite a while with everything. The food also took a long time for what we ordered especially since the restaurant was not that busy. It was very early when we went in. The server was probably busy so we weren't mad. Just making an observation. I got a large salad which was fine. The amount was a good dinner size. The chicken was good, but not great. The real complaint was my husband's meatball sub. It was insanely dry to the point he didn't have to tell me. I could literally see how dry it was. He complained about it to me and I told him to ask for some sauce or something, but he's not that kind of person to say anything. We definitely won't be coming back though. Maybe it was an off day and it was the only time we went, but it was a poor experience overall.

We stopped in after exploring the area, the food was fantastic and so was the service! We were sat in the party room because of how busy they were but the manager and the waitress made sure we had everything we needed. I started with a mixed drink which was very pleasant. The food was awesome! We ordered the garlic knots, they were the right amount of garlic and oil, crunchy and doughy all at the same time(as a good garlic knot should be!) we ordered a pizza and it was flavorful, we also ordered the Alfredo and it was buttery and delicious. I would recommend this lovely restaurant to anyone looking for some great Italian food and top notch service! We will be back!

Our family celebrated a birthday here yesterday and some dishes were excellent and others average. I had Penne with Volka Sauce, very good. Cesar Salad was overly seasoned with vinegar but lettuce was crisp. My son had Chicken Fettuccine with Alfredo Sauce and liked it very much. Husband had Chicken Parm and he felt the chicken was seasoned well but was hard in some spots. Bread was fresh and crunchy. Another family member had Angel Hair Pasta with Sauce and she liked the pasta but not the sauce. I would eat here again because I liked my meal. Service was okay. The waitress was friendly but not on top of things. GREAT for a date night or family gathering. Nice booths. Check out the photos.

Please review my ratings. I am honest and balanced. If your good I will share. If not I will also share. Pomodoro's is not good at all. Service the poorest I have experienced in a long time. We had a table of 7 which meant a 20% tip was automatically applied for the most dismal service I have experienced. I suspect this is the origin of the problem. Also some people do not have the "Withitness" to be wait staff. Here are the issues we experienced. 1. Had to request utensils. It's not difficult to be sure the number of guests correspond with number of utensils. 2. If we order drinks with a lime bring the lime. 3. Our waitress disappeared for the whole evening after each course was ordered. 4. We had to request bread which comes with dinner. After the bread was delivered we thought we might want Olive Oil. We could not ask because we did not see her after the bread was delivered. 5. Dirty dishes sat on the table all night. Again the waitress disappeared after food was delivered. 6. We could not get water refills all night. 7. My son ordered pizza and was given no plate. Had to find a person to request the plate. SEE #1 above 8. Margarita was watered down. 9. When it came time to pay we had to hunt down staff again. 10. When I told manager of these issues she did not apologize but provided a litany of excuses and arguments. All of this when you have three staff standing at the front doing nothing who could help expedite. The food is just ok. Portions poor with main course and just not worth the price. 25.00 for a half a plate of pasta???We we're charged 2.99 for pepperoni after ordering a pepperoni pizza. Extra charge for Greek Side side salad with meal which was delivered on a tiny plate. I felt like I was dining in the Inn from Les Miserables. Our dinner entrees were all delivered at different times leaving us to awkwardly decide whether to begin eating without one another. This restaurant deserves negative stars. I will not return. Here is an idea, Pomodoros ownership: Take a field to Mama Ricottas in Charlotte to see how things are done.

My first trip and it was excellent. My wife and I ordered a large Pomodoro Grand Deluxe pizza. I had no idea the pizza was that large. Huge! It was literally one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. We took the other half home to eat the next day. I was just very impressed. If you are a pizza lover you owe it to yourself to try it.
