Every time I visit Smoothie King here in Mooresville; I am usually satisfied with my overall experience. The employees are mostly very kind, attentive & friendly towards customers. I enjoy the smoothies & rarely have any issues with my order. I hope Smoothie King will continue to give great service to their customers.

Service is horrible! We arrived at the store at 3pm. After ordering , we waited & watched 4 people who came in after us get their orders before us. We then asked about our order & they had no idea what it was. There were 6 people behind the counter & no one was working on our order . After telling them our order for the 4th time , they said “we’ll print & get it out to you” . At this time, other customers are coming in & getting their order still before us. We asked for a refund & they refused. They called their manager on the phone & the manager argued with us about why we couldn’t get a refund . At this point we’ve been there for 30 minutes & still no drinks . When they finally make one of the drinks it’s the wrong size. The lady at the register wouldn’t give us her name, but she was very rude. & not to mention, we were the only African Americans in the store , so you can do the math there. Completely unacceptable!

Never again. I walked in no customers. Two young girls working. The one girl stood at the register. No acknowledgement of me. As I stood there waiting for her to take my order she walked away and started washing dishes. I said I guess I should just leave, she looked back and said ok. I don’t blame the girl, I blame whoever hired her.

Went here the other day. The smoothie was fine but I saw a few roaches running around. I don’t recommend coming here until they get that cleaned up. ?
Only thing I hate is the WiFi sucks...Tried to download app to get the $1 Friday upgrade, but at there 15 min and still couldn't download.

Being able to pretty much customizing your smoothie is one of the best benefits of smoothie king. Amazing customer service, always very polite and smoothies that never disappoint, never a hit or miss.

I love that you can pretty much customize your smoothie however you want it. I'm used to having smoothies for lunch (I make my own) but I was travelling so I found Smoothie King. The employees were helpful with trying to figure out how I wanted my smoothies/what went in it, and overall it went well. If I HAD to nitpick then the texture isn't as "dense" as I'd like and more on the "fluffy" side as with whey protein, but that's a minor complaint and something I don't think they can prevent unless they use vegan protein, so it was all good. Come here if you're craving a smoothie!

Great smoothie but super expensive.
