It's hard to criticize the atmosphere of any Starbucks as most are in really awkward drive-thru arrangements. This one is no different. You'll meander through the parking lots of the back of a short strip of restaurants to the narrow drive-thru space. In general, service is pretty good as most of the baristas will try hard to accommodate your requests. I had a really unique request that they worked to accommodate. In the mood for something different, so I ordered a white chocolate frappe with vanilla bean powder, strawberry puree, and a scoop of cinnamon dolce to make a strawberry cheesecake drink. Pretty refreshing if you want something other than coffee.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan and vegetarian options for drinks, including nutmilks

We stopped in here on way from Canada to Florida to get some morning Joe and what a treat. Everyone was smiling and working together. But big shout out to Shane our cashier was just a delight and funny on behalf of Canada we would like to bring to the north side of the border !

Went through the drive through and asked if they had all the ingredients for the chocolate covered strawberry drink. The worker assured us she did. We ordered 2, 1 without whipped cream. We got the drinks, and they had no Frappuccino Chips, only chocolate syrup mixed in. Waste of $13
This is my favorite Starbucks! It’s special to me because of an employee by the name of Shane. He’s always working so hard. Always personable and smiling. He really brightens my day anytime he is there.

Becoming more and more disappointed in the Starbucks microwaved food. I'll just stick to the drinks.They have a way of getting you out by having the music WAYYYYYY to loud and turning up the air.However I just moved to sherills ford and had no where ro go to work from home after waking up to a power outage. I'll stick to the drinks

The service and coffee was perfectly fine. My drink was significantly more expensive than any other location I’ve gotten it from. The music is so loud you can barely hear yourself think. I was trying to get a little work done but after plugging my computer into 8 different non-working outlets, I eventually just had to leave.
Good as any other Starbucks outlet.
