They are under new ownership and a few things have changed. Please bring back the fresh diced mango and the mango flavored frozen yogurt. The frozen yogurt is delicious but can be pricey. I suggest sign up for text rewards bc no weigh day is the best deal! Tons of toppings and flavors. Perfect for the kids!

My 3 year old grandson and I and his "Papa" go there all the time. My grandson loves to get his own yogurt and pick out all the goodies to put on top. He feels in control and getting sweets he normally wouldn't. ;) Nicole helps us and is always up for a pleasant conversation and SO tolerant on my 3 year old as he runs around the table or does "3 year old" things. She is always smiling and kind. The store is ALAWYS clean and organized. Love this place!!!
I stopped by with a friend a few days ago and was completely put off by the atmosphere here. As soon as we walked in I had my conversation cut off by blaring hardcore christian music. Not one song, back to back to back to back songs whaling about jesus christ, which was quite uncomfortable.I understand being religious, I used to be Christian, but this is way too much. Why push it on your customers like this? I don't feel like you should be bombarded by religious messaging on the walls and loud music screaming about dying for god while you're trying to enjoy some froyo that you just paid $15 each for.Not to mention all the frog eyes posted around the whole place, it really doesn't help the dynamic, just makes you feel like you're being watched the entire time. You might want to think about the customers a little bit more, not everybody is religious. It seems a bit indoctrinating to have this going on at a place that looks like it's designed for children.We aimed to eat our froyo there, but ended up taking it home and enjoyed it much better without the religious choir. We might be back if we hear that things change a little bit.

I came to this location with my son and daughter in tow after a half day at school because I had heard that there was new ownership. My previous experiences here have not been great to say the least. We were welcomed when we came in the door and the yogurt was fresh and so creamy. The topping bar was stocked and very clean. We were excited that there was more than one gluten and dairy free option as my daughter is lactose intolerant. They had mango, orange, and watermelon. The watermelon was so so good, I really hope they continue to serve this flavor. The cashier was Nicole and she asked us if we were loyalty members I said "no thank you" but she then went on to say that we would get a free yogurt after our 10th visit and informed me of the promotions coming up the weekend of new years. There was another girl there, I think her name was Lana and she was super sweet as well, she helped my kids get toppings that they could not reach. They gave my kids tattoos and I thought that was super cool. They even said "show your friends your tattoo and tell them to come to Sweet Frog!!" I thought that was clever marketing on their end and made my children feel special at the same time. If this business keeps going in this direction they are going to be a big hit in the community. They even had christian music playing which elevated our positive experience even more. Keep up the good (God) work Mooresville SweetFrog, WE SEE YOU!!
