The food was mediocre and the prices were high. Location is difficult to access with lots of traffic. Don't think I'll be back.

Stood at counter over ten minutes with a girl telling me to wait a second then never coming back while the other 2 employees were moving and acting like they were high. Manager walked by and disappeared. We walked out, lousy service and lousy employees.

Not a bad Taco Bell location. As expected from the chain, great place for a quick bite, late night cravings, and affordable offerings. Great vegetarian options and easily “veganizable”. My go-to for late night as a vegan college student.Vegetarian options: So many easy vegetarian option and many items on the veggie menu can be modified to be vegan.Kid-friendliness: Casual establishment that is of course kid friendly.

Second time I have driven out to the Mooresville location and the lights are on, doors are locked, cars are in the parking lot (employee) and nobody is there or answering phones or drive thru. If you advertise being open you should open, 5 cars ended up leaving while I waited.

I wanted 6 crunchy taco supremes. They didn't have a 6 taco meal deal just 3, so I ordered 2 of those. Got home, the tacos were soft shell not crunchy and tasted terrible. I ended up eating 2 and throwing the other ones away. The total of my order was $20. Disgusting food, customer service was lacking and rude. I should have known not to go since the last time I went they also got my order wrong and tried to give me a carbonated only drink. Lesson learned. Do not go to this taco bell they are horrible.

On October 6, 2023, I decided to visit Taco Bell. Worst move I've ever made. In the drive-thru at 7:27 p.m., I placed my order. I ordered a #6 and asked for the chalupa bread to be cooked to order. I went to the cashier's window to pay. I questioned the young woman working the window about the nacho fries' current freshness and whether they were made to order or had been sitting in a warmer. She replied that she was unsure and then went on to consult with other workers. They were prepared to order, she added as she returned to the window. I requested a large fry be added to my order. She then went to share with another staff that I wanted a freshly prepared fry. There was a conversation going on between the staff members concerning the added fry, which I overheard through the window opening. She asked when she returned to the window,  if she had already accepted my payment. I said no. She then said, the manager said the fries were being prepared every 15 minutes, but they weren't cooking any at the moment. Then I inquired as to how recently the fries had been out. She then proceeded to say 10 minutes after enquiring of another staffer. I made a request to have my fries freshly prepared. She spoke with the employee once more, who turned out to be the manager. The young woman was heard saying, "I don't want to tell her no." Since the manager along with other employees were the ones telling the young lady everything to say at that moment, I immediately asked to speak with the manager. They weren't cooking any more fries at the moment, the man (manager) who came to the window with an attitude said. I told him that I wanted freshly prepared fries. The cook time, he claimed, would be 15 minutes. That is not an issue, I said. After accepting my payment, he instructed me to pull up and wait for someone to bring my food.Parking is scarce to nonexistent at this site. I chose to wait for my food inside once I had parked and gone inside. No one acknowledged me when I entered the building. The manager requested the young woman at the window to bring my food to my vehicle. He made a slick remark about me to the staff. Although I didn't hear what exactly he said, the manager said something about me because the young woman at the window said, "I'll drag her ass out of the car." They began to laugh. She then came from around the corner. After spotting me standing there, I questioned her when she brought me the food, "So you said you were going to drag my ass out of the car." Oh no, I was talking about someone else, she said. Thinking to myself,  I highly doubt it, but whatever. My fries, which I had been waiting for, were not even warm when I started to check my food. The fries were hardly warm when I pressed them. I inquired about the fries I was awaiting that were supposed to be freshly fried with a woman who was standing nearby making tacos. When she questioned the manager, he replied that they were freshly prepared. When she touched the fries, I asked her if they were hot, and she responded that they weren't. I said, "No, they're not." She concurred. She said she would put down some more. As I was waiting for the fries, I called the manager over to ask him why he had lied to me about their freshness. I then began to record at this moment. He didn't give a damn, and you could sense it in his expression and demeanor. He insisted they were the ones I had been waiting for. He refused to reveal his name when I asked him, he claimed he couldn't give it out. I said it doesn't matter and I informed him that I was recording him. I wish I had filmed the entire exchange from the moment I arrived until I left. One of the three or four Hispanic men standing nearby was sweeping with gloves on. The other people lacked gloves. The man sweeping was instructed to get my fries by one of the men without gloves. Again, here we go! I continued by telling the man that it was unclean for him to handle my food while he was sweeping. Both the manager and t

Usually orders are correct but it's frustrating when you ask for something specific and they still mess it up. Please take time to listen to the orders.
