Waffle House is what it is. Good food, served hot as ordered. The large Bert's chili that I got was terribly small. I can't imagine how small a small is. I suppose all restaurants are jilting customers on portions anymore.

Came here tonight and honestly have never not felt welcome at a Waffle House before, specifically this one: We immediately felt it was off because there was one worker who didn’t seem to interested in serving us. We were very polite despite the rotten tea, burnt food, and the attitude of the workers(which we did not mention once; we were nice the entire time hoping it would turn someone’s attitude around)- but she was overly sweet to every other customer (including a drunk crowd who was grinding on each other), we genuinely didn’t ask for much- didn’t need extra time to order food. ordered drinks and food basically together, sat quietly. Not average for a waffle house attendee I understand, but I don’t see why being polite and nice means you get ignored blatantly to your face. The cook with the dreads who blatantly ignored our request for a box after we were being ignored for 20 minutes and forgotten about, and continued to pass by it when it was right beside us on the shelf. We will not be returning,I know that isn’t much for a waffle house being waffle house- but i’m deeply confused and hurt by their actions. You’re lucky I didn’t steal the plate with the rest of my food because you wouldn’t take two seconds and get a box for me. Left full plates of burnt food because we felt unwelcome- worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. We wouldn’t of said anything ab the food or anything if they were nice!

Food was okay, service was good, the place was pretty clean... but I got a penalize the heck out of WH because security at this location is bad... letting a lot of teenagers, college age kids, hang out... we thought we were going to have to fight to get out of the parking lot - they literally had it blocked. To carloads of them are having a conversation with each other from parked cars right at the entrance, and a lot of others were billing about. They weren't aggressive but they were a bit intimidating and they know it and just didn't give a flip... We didn't see any drinking, or evidence of drugs changing hands but I have no illusion... One of us did smell some weed...A word of warning to the Waffle House Morrisville people... I ran hotels for years I ran theaters for years before that, and I know... anything you've got loitering in your parking lot you're sooner or later going to have your building... This, you don't want... it's not safe...

I love this location. We pop in at all different times and always have great service and smiling faces. The one cook doesn't smile much (hugs if he needs one), but his gravy is the best! Thanks for making more for me. Have you actually watched the staff in there? It's as if your mama (if she was sweet and kind like our WH mama) cooked each of you your very own special breakfast and then did all the cleaning up. Then, the neighbors came, so she had to do it again, repeat... how do they keep all those orders straight? Tip your servers and cook if they are there. Well deserved! Kudos to you all!Also,I've tested lots of WH bathrooms in my travels, and this one by far has the cleanest women's room. Thank you!!

Walked in to grab something to eat around 8-830 pm 1-25-2024, didn't even get greeted. I sat down at a table that could've been cleaned better but didn't matter cause I wanted my food to go, I sat longer then i should have and Noone greeted me or offered me a drink just got ignored didn't even look my way though i sat infront at a booth, they saw when I walked in, another female employee I guess started her shift had walked in and the chick with reddish pink hair greeted her lol all 3 were unprofessional including the chef with braids, I just got up and walked out and ordered a worthless pizza that was just as bad as their attitudes, all 3 of them should be held Accountable.

Anytime you think breakfast for dinner or breakfast after a workout at the nearby Cliffhangers climbing gym, this is a great spot. Excellent friendly service and consistently excellent waffles and breakfast staples.
Understaffed the day we were there. But remaining staff were very friendly towards us and our young children. Foodwise, it's a Waffle House.
