There’s always one woman (on my ticket name is Daniella) who is working that gives absolutely horrible service & is just very rude every time I shop here. Everyone else is extremely pleasant. & if you guys don’t want customers coming in at almost 9am for breakfast that you serve, don’t have your online hours for 6:30am that you updated 2 weeks ago. I went in to pickup an online order & the doors were locked, so I waited abt 3 mins & then knocked so this kind man came & let me in, but then locked the door behind me so I was locked in. Then I was waiting for my food & this cashier was loudly talking about how the doors shouldn’t have been unlocked & that I was waiting for my order (in the rudest way) & then gave me so much attitude. I am not one to leave reviews, but after 5 times of the same woman doing the same thing every time I go, it’s time for a review. Not pleased at all. Also didn’t give me my syrup after I asked 3 times for it.Also edited to add, I placed my order on DoorDash at 8:40 & they didn’t put it in the system until 8:52 when I got there to get my food.

The lady that you have working the front counter tonight between 7:00pm and 8:30pm is very rude. I came in as a DoorDasher twice tonight to pick up orders and I let her know the first time the two orders laying on the counter for me, and she proceeded to rudely tell me that they weren’t ready yet, and she prepared them and instead of handing them to me as I was standing at the counter, she prepares them and then walks past me to put them on the delivery box. While I was waiting on my order an Uber eats driver asked if she had the right order and she tells her, walking past her not even looking at her, I don’t know I just prepare the orders. I came back for a second time, and as I walked in, she was walking towards me with an order, and I asked her if the name on it is the one that I had and instead of looking down at the receipt to see the name on it she proceeded to tell me I don’t know I just prepare them. I don’t even look at the names on the receipt. I Understand that I’m just a DoorDasher but it doesn’t hurt to have some customer service skills.

Drove up Christmas week. Didn't look busy but when I rounded the corner I saw they had three cars in the line waiting for food. They made everyone wait until the order was done to get to the next person (which is fine but you need to be consistent if you do this) and then when I got to the window I was told it would be 4 mins for my nuggets to be cooked. I had already been in line for 10 and I had placed my order using the app. The girl at the window told me I needed to pull up and they'd bring me my food. I asked why me vs all the others in front of me and she said it's Christmas and we are having a party in the back (this is not a lie) and we are short staffed. I pulled up and watched as others behind me got their food and went on by. Not going to this Wendy's anymore. I love my local Wendy's. This one is not managed well or they make poor decisions on the kids they are hiring.

Worst place ever!!!!!! The girl with blonde hair and glasses on is so rude she had an attitude and a fudged up look on her face . The other girl with black and red hair was with this face like I hate my job I hate you too for no reason. I was asking a question and they just stayed quiet and ignored me I was like hello?? I'm a nice kind person and always respect fast food workers and waiters waitresses etc . I have children that worked fast food before McDonald's etc and I'm telling you! The employees that are here at this location are so hateful they need to look for a different job get a better attitude . Life is hard I know I get it but sheesh! Speak to me the way you want to be spoken too! OWNERS fire them get different people to work there. Fast food sucks I know but still no need to be mean rude to a customerWHO is being NICE KIND RESPECTFUL TO YOU! AND they got my order wrong not going to bother going back to get my food they owe me . Everyone who has complained about this location are 100% accurate I'm leaving a Google review too !

Your food is great, Wendy's, but it's not worth waiting 20 minutes in line. The last three times I've attempted to grab a quick lunch, I've ended up pulling out of line after 20 mins the first time, 10 the second and 15, the third. Third strike and your out.......
