I order the 16" Brooklyn style pizza because the 14" "large" pizzas are too small. They are ripping people off, hoping they don't notice the pizza is actually only 14 1/2". Multiply this out by the number of pizzas they sell in a day and you can see the underhanded savings for the company.

I ordered delivery this evening, a crispy pizza. Instead of being neatly cut it was hacked!
Also, the delivery person was too lazy to bring it to my 2nd flr apartment (even tho we do have a. elevator) and left it sitting on a table in the lobby.
I'm done with Domino's! It's cheap for a reason. Poor service and quality!

Worst customer service in town no help at all and just lost business because they don't know how to talk to people everyone acts like they hate their lives... Definitely need someone new to run the counter. Could have easily fixed the situation but instead they rather take the food home at the end of the night so they can eat it. Will not be back!

Didn't give us the ranch that was ordered. Boneless wings were more like popcorn chicken size. Honey bbq wings were plain wings drizzled with some bbq sauce. Not cooked in it or even tossed in it. Very disappointed.

Food is not advertised like it should be. HORRIBLE!!!! The sauce is not tossed on the chicken, and honestly I could do better at home. Maybe I will. Cause, this was NOT worth a dime of my money by any means.
Caleb was a phenomenal worker and showed great enthusiasm. Greeted us at the door but also welcomed his fellow employees back as they came in from take out. Made sure we knew about the specials to save some money the next time and over all great energy. i'll definitely be getting my pizza from nowhere else.

Twice this Domino’s store in Morehead City has shown that they appreciate our business. Once I was in the store to pickup an order and they were very busy so I had to wait a few minutes. An employee apologized for the delay and told me to take any drink I wanted out of the cooler. I declined and was actually entertained by the flurry of activity in the store. When I my pizza was ordered the employee insisted that I take a 2 liter bottle of anything I wanted from the cooler which I did.A few days ago we ordered a pizza for store pickup. When we got home we discovered that we were given the wrong pizza. My wife called the store, they apologized and said that they would make and deliver the correct pizza. When the delivery driver arrived (we tipped him of course) with the correct pizza he also delivered Lava Cakes.It is refreshing to experiment a business, especially a franchised business that believes in making the customer happy. We will be patronizing this business more in the future.
