I have been a dedicated customer here for a little over the past year up until a few months ago where I keep having the same issue with a team member being sassy all the time . Today was my second time approaching a manager on her behalf . I purchase one drink and one drink only and this one lady has so much mouth and so much to say every time I have been there since she’s been hired . You get what you give . Respect is earned .

Alanah is great. Dropped my Dunkin donuts cup and the lid broke up. Was going to buy another coffee mug. She informed me that they have replacement lids so I didn’t have to buy another cup. James and Sara(h) also always give great service. As well as Jess.

This is THE best dunking hands down in MHC. I refuse to go to the other one down on arrendel by the Lowes foods. They have terrible coffees and the donits never have hardly any icing with sprinkles on them and who wants to buy a huge round donut of just the bread? So we started going to the one in front of Walmart and they are AMAZING!! I will drive the extra 4 mins to go there every single time!

I stop here every morning on my way to work even though I live closer to another dunkin.The crew here is awesome, friendly and helpful.Never have any issues with orders. My coffee is always on point at this location and I adore the staff that I've gotten to know over time.
Ho estly every time I go here my order gets completely screwed up, so I just go to mc Donald's and buy my coffee there.Sadly I've never gotten what I wanted here. What I got was fine except that breakfast sandwich which was dry and UnTOASTED and discusting for 5 bucks.The staff is nice and the store is clean and they are busy, but I just can't get what I really want here. Yesterday I asked for 25 donut holes, 10 chocolate, 19 glazed and the last few jelly filled.I got blueberry, sugar coated and 10 jelly and 5 chocolate. NO glazed which is what I really wanted.This time they got my coffee right but I'll never buy donuts for my co workers here again. I got side eye for bringing the flavors of donut holes NO ONE wants, and it cost me 15.00.I'll do without donuts. I'll just buy those deli ones from the grocery store bakery. Seems like they taste similar. Dunking isn't exactly real baked donuts made fresh...I'm disenchanted since it's just happened toooooo may times.

Ok so the black pepper and chicken with chorizo or egg wrap was palatable, but it looked horrible and wasn't exactly good. They didn't make the iced coffee with any hazelnut after repeating it back to me right after I said it (meaning they probably aren't listening to you at all just parroting your requests). But they did miss the hash brown order and mor eor less gave it to me for nothing but they were near burnt lol. So I dint know if this was just a really bad day for dunkin or what is going on there. But the 2 donuts NY daughter git she liked. (Stick to making donuts for kids)

Messed up the order twice. Took long enough to prepare full course meal when we only got 3 things. Kinda depressing
Zero customer service, rude employees, degenerate manager. They all seem to hate their jobs and breathing comes as a chore. Each of them seem to be living the life they deserve.

The person on the phone needs to work in the kitchen not on the phone. I ordered chocolate donut and gave me a freakin sugar and cherry flavor. I called them to let them know about the order and they just hanged up the phone, so unprofessional and bad customer service! Smh! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DONUT PLACE!
