"American Style" Grey Hamburger meat, very little seasoning
Alambres Grilled Chicken Only Taco with seasoned meat
Alambres Grilled Steak no seasoning on steak
Birra marinated shredded beef, tasted like grandma's stew beef, no seasoning
Grilled Shrimp Taco, 3 shrimp grilled way beyond done, would bounce if you dropped it.
Soft tortillas were very thick and doughy
Expensive, 7 tacos, side of rice and refried beans $34

On walking in it's very inviting.. we had a very friendly waiter and the food was delicious.. ordered their special Casabrillias tacos, two carnita tacos and one Pastor taco.. all was wonderful .. don't miss trying everyone of the salsa choices they were ALL remarkably good.. can't wait to go back with hubby!

This was my first visit to Happy Taco. The staff were super friendly. It's a very small building but they have it set up very efficiently and cute. The food was great. It's awesome to get real authentic Mexican here in Morganton, NC.

Absolutely amazing food. Our new favorite taco place. Very stylish interior, friendly staff and homemade tortillas. Authentic Mexican with a wide variety of items on the menu. Great pricing considering the time we're in with food prices lately. I highly recommend if you're looking for a tasty taco.

Decided to give Happy Tacos a try tonight after leaving the NICU.When we called the woman that took our order was incredibly kind and professional which says a lot in this day and time. We ordered Birria tacos, Mexican street corn, and 3 pastor tacos. My husband went in to pick it up and said EVERYONE was super nice! The food is OUTSTANDING! This is going to be our new taco spot!
