The chicken on my biscuit was burnt so bad i could not eat it. I tried to break the edges off but I couldnt chew the chicken up after I took a bit. They did let me return it.

We went thru the drive thru on Wednesday 2/28 around 6:35pm. There was not one car in the drive thru. There was not one person in the dining area. We placed our order through the drive thru with a male voice. He told us our total and we pulled around to the window. At that time we saw 2 girls hop out of cars parked off to the side. I watched them walk into the restaurant and continue walking into the back area where food is prepared, so I assumed they worked there. No one came to the window to greet us or take our payment. While we waited, my husband hopped out of the car and went inside to see what the hold up was. No one came to the front of the store. So we left after waiting over 8 minutes and not even greeted.

the food made me so sick I could hardly stand it. the staff was rude and snickering at me when they handed me my food. made me suspicious they had done something nasty to it, but I was in a huge rush and had not eaten all day, so I reluctantly ate it. was sick within 2 hours.

The food was good. However, they need to train the employees about customer service! Lady taking our order was rather rude, we almost left and went somewhere else. I don't think they realize that without customers, they wouldn't be getting a paycheck!

The girl at the Window (my receipt says Casey), is always super nice and pleasant when taking our order and handing out our food. Like every other Hardee's, the wait to get your food is about twice as long as other fast food restaurants, whether you're the only one in line or not, but always worth the wait. The food is hot and delicious.
