Had a customer tell me a kinetic rope was a bad idea and another assume putting a 2 new stroke engine top end on was modifying the whole motorcycle for a racing. Just the crowd gives me enough pleasure. Drinks are okay, service is okay, atmosphere is okay.

Once again, the hours posted on Google do not coincide with reality. They were supposed to open at 6:00 tonight, so we went with three friends. Not open. We went next door for a glass of wine in the meantime, thinking maybe they were just running late. Nope, they never opened. This is not the first time this had happened, but it will be our last time.

We are so sad! I wanted to bring my husband here for his birthday. We arrived at 5 only to see they’re closed with an updated opening time of 6pm so we grabbed some drinks from the shop next door. 6pm came and went and they were still closed. Facebook has no update or anything so we had to bring our business somewhere else.

I went to Homer's earlier today to get something good to drink and something different to eat. When I went to the bar to place my order not one of the three people behind the bar acknowledged my presence. No one greeted me; no one welcomed me to the establishment. Other patrons were able to place their orders. After about 10 minutes of patiently waiting to have my order taken, I interrupted the bartender who was engaged in conversation with a colleague, and asked him to take my order. After I placed my drink and food order I went and sat down at a table. I finally got my drink, but the food order was never given to the kitchen to be prepared. So when I went to check on my food order, the ticket was still sitting in the stack of other orders that were not prepared. I will never go back to Homer's in Morganton N.C. The service was terrible.
I recommend this bar to anyone who enjoys classic fun, friendly respectful bartenders and the owner is amazing & cool natured, the drinks are made to perfection and its a great place to meet new people!

You really can't beat the atmosphere of this place. The food is always excellent and the attention to detail on the unique menu - both for food and drinks - is truly superb. The night scene here is great but I like it even better on Sunday for a good casual brunch. Check it out anytime regardless!

Good food and the drinks were well made. There isn't a ton of seating and getting food took about an hour. So if you're hungry, maybe grab food elsewhere and return for a good cocktail.
