I travel for work quite a bit, and I eat many different places while traveling. This spot is an absolute gem of a find. The food was delicious, the service was great, and I can’t say enough about it overall. If you’re close by, swing in and give it a try.

Good food, cheap prices. Bad service. Took over 30 minutes for a chicken quesadilla, I went to respectfully ask to have it packed togo but they completely ignored me and my friend had to step in since I didn't want to be rude. Despite them being rude to me.

Amazingly fresh food! Every time I've gone in, food especially fresh and everyone working very kind and helpful. Large menu variety. Turkey club is shaved turkey very flavorful with avocado and bacon. Their pastrami is my fav though!!! Well seasoned. Great lunch spot - excellent food, excellent service, warm and kind people.

Went here today. Great place, very friendly and engaging. Food is fresh, simple and very satisfying. I had the smoke salmon special and it was nothing short of awesome. There is something on the menu for everyone. My wife and I will make going here often as we like to support local, great places. If you haven't been here then why not? You are truly missing out if you don't.

Their hours are only 11 AM to 2 PM, but let me tell you, it's worth it! Homemade tomato, basil soup and we also had their traditional chicken salad croissant. The croissant was toasted and warm. Everything about the experience was delicious. Sometimes you have to wait a bit but I promise the weight is worth it.
Delicious, fresh sandwiches! Large menu and everything looked good. My family tried the tuna melt, chicken quesadilla, egg salad sandwich, and roasted red pepper avocado club. Everything was delicious and we were very satisfied with our lunch.

Stopped here on our way while traveling. Waited an hour and 15 mins for our food! All we had was a 1/2 wrap and soup and a sandwich. My wrap wasn't grilled like it was supposed to be, the fruit was out of a can, and I never got the bag of chips. Food wasn't bad but everything else mentioned was unacceptable, especially for a sandwich shop.

Chris and myself were traveling from Burnsville to home in Eastern NC, we stopped in for a sandwich and the place was busy but we placed our order and sat down, Chris sneezed and had a bad nose bleed, he cleaned himself up and went outside. I ask the gentleman to change our order to a to go order.. He inquired about Chris, I explained he had a cold starting and his nose bleeds sometimes.., He made us two soups and said he hoped it would help Chris.. the food was fabulous, and the soup was so good. I was hoping Chris did not want any…lolNot sure if he was the owner or manager but he was professional and personal at the same time!! Next time I’m in Morganton I will be eating here again!! Thanks again!!!

I'll start off by saying this place isn't my typical lunch spot but I wanted to try something new. I got the Appalachian cowboy it came with roast beef, jalapeno jack cheese, onion, lettuce, and roasted red peppers with a side of bbq basil dressing. It was actually fantastic! A nice meaty wrap with all fillings evenly balanced. The bbq basil sauce was also smokey and spicy so tasty! My side was pasta salad (I've never had pasta salad) I thought it was pretty good a little different to me it was plain pasta with a zesty dressing but still fairly tasty. My one thing about this place is everyone was just working diligently and quite lol put some music on and have fun with it. I will be back to try more of these tasty sandwiches!
