Came here for lunch on a Friday afternoon. We were able to order quickly, but the food does take a little while to be served. They have a lot of nice comfy places to eat both inside and out back I have a chuchitos, a tamalito, and an oatmeal drink. The chuchitos were essentially mini tamales. They have chicken and a red tomatoey salsa. I enjoyed them and if you're a tamale person think they're a good option. I wish they had some other varieties. The tamalito was a mini sweet corn tamale, with no filling. I'd personally skip on this one if I were to do my meal over, fairly one note flavor wise. The oatmeal drink was super thick, to the point you could justify using a spoon, and very cinnamony. I could see this hitting the spot on a chilly winter day. It reminded me a bit of an atole, but the texture wasn't super my jam. Overall, I think this is a solid option if you find yourself in the area. The prices are reasonable, and there are plenty of options. I was torn between 3 and 4 stars, if I were in/closer to a major city I'd have dropped them down to 3, but considering the area and how cozy the place was I think it's a more worthwhile stop

A Friday afternoon…..Great atmosphere, and wonderful back deck.Couldn’t sit on deck due to leaf blowing parking lot.Lot of additions/renovation in transition so understandable. The food is not seasoned or spicy so be prepared for that if you like it ?️, grab the hot sauce provided.

Very unique and interesting place. I enjoyed visiting with the owner and staff. I was served a great coffee but didn't try their food this time. Hope to visit here again!Kid-friendliness: Fun deck and play equipment for the kids.

We visited here back in September, 6 months ago. I still consider it one of my favorite finds. Love their coffee. Love their story.

Absolutely delighted by Little Guatemala and the business that this family has built. From the coffee and the food to the soccer, all around an amazing experience! Christian and Erica (the owners) are incredibly warm and kind people who make you feel very welcome in their business. Morganton is lucky to be the home of Little Guatemala!

I was so impressed with my breakfast yesterday! I tried the Chapin breakfast and and steak plate. We both finished our whole plates and were so impressed with the quality of the food and the short amount of time it took to receive it. Handmade tortillas, freshly done. I will definitely be back!
