So disappointing and strange for a supposedly professional service! I ordered a gluten free cake for my friend's birthday. I had questions as I don't order a lot of cakes. My last question was whether she would write on the cake "Happy Birthday". She said no. I decided to just get a cake topper that says Happy Birthday, so I asked a little more about what the cake would look like so I could choose the right topper. I had my phone off for awhile to get a break from it, and when I turned it back on she had accused me of saying the cake would be ugly, canceled my order, and refunded my money. I was very disappointed as now I have to figure out where to get a cake! It's like she took it personally or something that I wanted to know what the cake would look like and it seems like very erratic, odd, and unprofessional behavior.

We chose Brittany's Sweet Treats for Valentine's Day ?, and were thrilled with her work! The chocolate ? covered strawberries were perfect. Not only was her product delectable, she is an awesome person to deal with. Highly recommended!

I ordered two cheesecakes late for an early pickup and Brittany said that would be no problem. As things happen, Brittany found the ingredients for one of the cakes was not available. 30 minutes later I received a txt and Brittany had called in favors and both cakes would be ready ! The cheesecakes were both professional and delicious ! And Brittany is a sweetheart !!

Brittany came to my rescue - a celebratory dinner I had forgotten to order a cake for. I reached out to her on Friday afternoon and she had an 8" Death by Chocolate for me late Saturday morning. It was delicious. Definitely give this awesome lady a chance to bake for you ?

I ordered a dozen cookies and a birthday cake. The heavenly hash cookies were incredible. They were soft, fresh, and so yummy. My family and I tore them up. The cake, however (one layer banana pudding cake, the other layer carrot cake), felt rushed and seemed to use prepackaged cake mix which was disappointing for the price. I was a little confused by the pie/custard layer that was separate from the cake and pudding layers. Texturally, that pie layer was almost rubbery. The carrot cake layer was a little dry, didn't have actual fresh or grated carrots, no currants -- it was missing the things that make a good carrot cake. It was disappointing because this was the first birthday cake I've had in over 30 years and I was hoping for it to be really special. But to end positively, Brittany was lovely and her love for cartoon characters made her a woman after my own heart. I appreciate the effort and was glad to at least have had a cake for my family and I to help celebrate with.
She did an amazing job on my daughter’s cake. We had so many compliments on it. Excited to use her again in the future.

Brittany made the most incredible Pineapple Upside Down EVER for my dad's 9th birthday this past weekend. It's both of our favorite type of cake and this is the best one I've ever tried. My dad and whole family agreed. She also made us some delicious cupcakes. I live in San Francisco, but will definitely spread the word to Burke County residents to please support Brittany's amazing local bakery. Thank you Brittany:)
