Food and atmosphere are always awesome. But they have this young skinny blonde waitress that we always get stuck with when I ask for a low top table. She always messes up our food. She does it so much there were 2 managers monitoring her tables. The. Managers were great and helpful! A+ for the managers. I don’t know why that girl still works there. The first time we had her she was t allowed to serve alcohol. She tries to be nice but she’s just not a good waitress ….

Went there for my birthday. 1st time there the food and atmosphere were really good. There's a good selection on the menu. We had a few beer, wings, and potato skins.

We have been several times. We travel from Lincolnton to Morganton. This is a bout a 45 to 60 min trip. The Ruben is amazing. The bbq is some of the best in NC. This trip I had the sampler try and it was absolutely amazing. The bar is top notch and the beer list has some of the best craft brews from around the western NC.Kid-friendliness: Kids have a lot to choose from. And my picky kidd have never been disappointed.

The ladies at the podium at the door was nice and friendly, very pleasant. The only issue was they lost our name that we had put in for the waitlist, but whenever I went up to ask about our table they immediately seated us and corrected the problem which was very nice since it was their fault and not my own.Our waitress looked a little bit young where I don’t know if she knew what she was doing. She disappeared for a long period of time. We had to wait 10 minutes for our drinks to come to the table and when we had any kind of questions, she have to go and run an ask she did not know the answer to them , and when she would find out the answer, she would come back and we would have to ask her. What did you find out for us and she was just very unorganized and she needs to also learn a little bit more about what drinks they have substitutions if you’ve got them, etc. etc.and she needs to look after her tables a little bit more. She needs to check on them to make sure that they have drinks and everything that they need before. Just disappearing for long periods of time.Kid-friendliness: I would say no, because a lot of parents let them run around. There isn’t enough room for them to run around and play!

There was a wait (about 30 mins) and the service was slow and sadly our waitress forgot many things. It was a bar scene and there was loud live music. The burgers were good but I'd likely not return after this

The food was delicious the server seemed very young and inexperienced but we were patient and she prevailed in the end.The atmosphere is absolutely comforting and sits next to a beautiful Creek/Mini flowing river! Its peaceful and gorgeously! My only fault with this place would be that the mixed drinks are a typical $9 Mixed drinks and they even had quite a large variety of things i'd never seen nor heard of. Myself and my partner both got two totally different mixed drinks and they both were definitely not made very well, meaning you could tell there wasn't much , if any alcohol in them and also neither one was made correctly!
