The workers were very sweet and understanding of us having a toddler. We felt very welcomed, and they answered any question we had about their specials on the menu. Place was clean and we loved everything we ate. Will definitely stop by again when in the area!

Today was my first time trying Red Hot and Blue. I ordered a pulled pork lunch special with baked beans. The beans were good, however I received no bun nor sauce for my sandwich. Because my lunch break ended and I could not return, I have been trying to contact the restaurant for the past 4 hours with no answer and the phone disconnects after about 10 rings. This was an extremely disappointing first-time experience.

Met an my old manager there for lunch. She never ate there before. We were standing reading the menu. The employee who serves the meat was impatient and rude. I think he was having a bad day. I ordered the two type meat salad. I only received one type of meat because there was no turkey available. Employee didn't want to answer any questions we tried to ask. The food was pretty good. It will be awhile before I return. I love good food and great customer service

I had the BBQ plate. I was disappointed that for the price it only came with one (small) side and 2 (count them) hush puppies. The hush puppies are amazing and since they were my favorite part of the meal I got a pint of them (maybe 12-15?) to go. The cost for those was $7. In summary, the food is okay but really overpriced IMO. With so many good BBQ restaurants around it’s a wonder they can stay in business…

We arrived from our long trip and needed a quick place for dinner. The food was great hot and full of flavor. Nice size portions and price right. When we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful the restaurant was clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend them.

very clean and well staffed establishment. Not to mention the amazing smell of brisket floating in the air. The music mixed with the atmosphere makes this place a very good dinner spot.

This place is excellent each time we visit. I have been a total of 8-10 times. The service and quality of food is superb every time we visit. We went as a family of 6 and I had Texas Brisket with burnt ends. It’s the best thing on the menu in my opinion.

My experience tonight was unpleasant. I placed my order over the phone, but later decided that I wanted to add something to my order. I was told since I already paid I couldn't add anything, but instead I could place a different order. I decided to go to speak with them face to face. It seem like one employee thought about it, but when she asked Jesses, he said it already went through, no effort to help at all. I guess he's the manager. I guess customer service skills is not his strong suit, he didn't even bother to address me, he said it with his head no eye contact at all. I couldn't believe how unprofessional he was.The times I've been here it's never busy, you would think customers matter especially since no customers equal no job. I hope Jesse become more aware of how to relate, and treat people, so he can set a better example for his employees.
