I love Dairy Queen. I've always loved Dairy Queen, and I will always love Dairy Queen. However, my trip to this location was less than satisfactory. I found it suspect at the drive-thru when I ordered a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard, and they asked if I wanted extra peanut butter cups. I declined, expecting the standard generous scoop. I appreciated being able to pay with my phone, having forgotten my wallet, but my gratitude quickly faded when I was handed my first Blizzard with a cup top on it – an odd choice. As I drove away and delved into my treat, I discovered to my dismay that it was not filled to the brim, leaving me shortchanged on the ice cream to price ratio. Then, the real disappointment hit: my taste buds, primed for the rich chunks of peanut butter cups, were met with mere specks, barely enough to conjure the essence of the treat. Realizing the stinginess of the serving, I regretted not opting for the extra, even if it meant spending more. Lesson learned: sometimes, more is more.

The cashier refused to serve my 3 kids icecream with our valid coupons from previous meal deals. She was rude and ignored us, unfortunately making my 5 year old, 4 year old and 2 year old sad. Went across the street to the McDonalds and recieved great service! We wont be back to support the DQ in Morrisville.

Usually a very good place to get amazing food, but this time they gave me water with white powder chunks instead of gravy for my dipping sauce. It was everywhere, dripped all over the box, spilled inside the box, completely inedible and ruined the food. If they cannot prepare their gravy even close to the proper consistency, I would appreciate a courteous notification that it is currently unavailable, at the very least, but instead I get a nasty surprise in a box from employees with obviously nonchalant attitudes. The box has recently become overpriced at over $10 to begin with, but then to just steal my money by handing me garbage for it is absolutely unacceptable.

I took my grandson and we had a blast! Food was hot, fresh and delicious! The ice cream was bursting with toppings so you get some in every bite. We got the bake chicken bites, and onion rings.Kid-friendliness: I needed a booster seat for my grandson. They were clean and stacked neatly.
