Unfortunately, our latest experience has left me deeply disheartened. What was intended to be a pleasant lunch for my son and myself turned into a dispiriting ordeal. The food we received was not just lukewarm but cold, hinting at a lack of freshness that one does not expect when ordering from a reputable establishment. It felt as though we were served leftovers from the previous day, a stark contrast to the freshly cooked meals we’ve come to love and expect. This incident has unfortunately tarnished our view and compelling us to reconsider our patronage. We understand that every restaurant can have an off day, but the quality of food served, particularly in terms of its freshness, is fundamental. I hope this feedback can be a constructive tool for improvement, ensuring that no other family’s expectations are similarly disappointed.

We ordered California Rolls, Hibachi Chicken and Hibachi Shrimp with steamed rice and veggies. The food we ordered was bland and needed lots of sauce to make it taste good. My pre-teen and teen complained about this last time I picked it up for dinner. Very convenient so I hate that it didn't work out!

Got delivery of steak and shrimp hibachi and it was not good at all. Extremely bland, had to add a bunch of sauce to make it tolerable. Maybe was just an off night for them because lots of reviews are great but I definitely won’t be coming back.

The employees were great. The atmosphere was fine. I got chicken and white rice. I am simple and picky. I don't think there was enough chicken on there for 1 chicken breast. It tasted fine but it's certainly was not worth the ten dollars I spent.

My son has severe allergies and when I told the guy working at the counter about it, he was very attentive about it and literally invited me to the back to check out the cooking space.It was one of the cleanest restaurants food prep areas I have ever seen!Having an at risk young one makes dining out a risky endeavour every time. I wish more restaurants were this transparent and assuring.Dietary restrictions: Allergy friendlyKid-friendliness: They were very welcoming to the young one
