Typical bagel shop. The vegan avacado bagel was okay. I would have given it three stars if I didn’t find a pit from an avocado in my bagel. There really isn’t much atmosphere- it’s a small shop with few tables - most people I think get to-go. Service is great - the lady bringing out the fresh bagels was friendly and seemed happy.

Garbage restaurant. Waited 10 minutes for 1 bagel sandwich then another 10 for hash browns. 20 minutes for 1 meal very few people in restaurant.

The service here is always fantastic. My husband and I live in the area and have become regulars. Their coffee is delicious, we always get the omelette with rye toast and it's so fresh and seriously our favorite omelette in the Triangle. You can't go wrong with a bagel sandwich either.

This is my husband and I’s go-to breakfast spot in Morrisville, we order at least every other weekend. It’s great to have a local place that’s family owned, consistently good, and affordable.Highly recommend the spinach pesto wrap and the scallion cream cheese.

Just moved to the area and really appreciate this place being a solid place to get a great bagel sandwich and delicious coffee. We’ve become fairly regular and always receive awesome, quick service.

25 min wait for two bagel sandwiches… Tough to justify this place if the service is going to be so bad even when you leave a tip.

Not fresh. Limited selection even relatively early (8:30) in the morning. The garlic and onion on my everything bagel was black before toasting. The size was smaller than other places. It was hard all the way through. It hurt my mouth trying to chew through it. At other NY bagel places in the area ,the outside has a nice crunch and soft and chewy on the inside. Was grocery store quality at double the price. I was expecting it to be the same as the other NY bagel places around but it wasn't. Disappointed. Service was ok, the staff was not overly friendly. I stood at the counter for a while without any greeting and I was just silently handed the bag with my bagel. I really hope they can step up the freshness and hospitality. Cheering for a local joint.

Bottom line: Breakfast at NC Bagel & Deli was not bad but not over the top. Adequate Meat Lovers omelet but a good bagel accompanying it. The Deets: I stopped in for breakfast one day at NC Bagel Cafe & Deli, located in the Grace Park complex in Morrisville. When you walk in for breakfast, it is more like a bagel shop and short order kitchen/grill type of restaurant put together. Their hours on their website currently display at the time of this writing open each day 7am-1pm. I decided to take advantage of both sides by ordering one of their omelet selections that included a toasted bagel with it. I ordered the Meat Lovers omelet that menu online describes "Made with 3 eggs, Sausage, Ham & Bacon Served with Bagel Or Bread" so I chose a plain bagel which was toasted with butter. Service ordering at the counter was good, I had to repeat a couple of things but went OK and then waited for my order that was for dining in to come up so I could carry it back to one of their tables. My order was up in good time, no long wait. The omelet was OK, nothing extravagant but I have to note that the sausage, ham, and bacon meat bits were sprinkled on top of the omelet instead of inside or mixed within it (I say bits, as they were not large pieces of meat but did the job for giving the meat flavor for the omelet, see pic). It was a short order type omelet that did the job. I do like the plain bagel I had with it, and would probably have one again with a cream cheese schmear next time. This quick breakfast did the trick and if wanting a quick short order breakfast and don't feel like going to a fast food place to get it then come here and get your fast breakfast fix.

8:45AM today (Sunday). There was about 7 of us in line. I waited about 10 minutes and line didn’t move at all! No plain bagels, no Sesame Seed bagels. A few pale looking poppyseed bagels; then about a dozen of weird flavors. They did have a lot of employees! That wasn’t the problem. I left and went to Wegmans and got a huge, plump plain bagel. I doubt I’ll go back
