So I used the app for the first time ever and I accidentally picked the 20oz cup instead of the 32oz. When I arrived at the store I kindly explained that I accidentally picked the wrong size and if I could have the size that I originally wanted. I was met with a rude attitude and was told “next time be sure to pick the right size.” I find this behavior unacceptable and I was greatly offended.

The product was great, getting it was another story. 2 of 3 people working. One cleaning and one doing online orders but one girl just stood behind the counter on her phone while my smoothie was sitting in the blender melting for several minutes. Customer service needs improvement.

I have ordered the acai bowl several times before and was never disappointed until today. It was runny and the bowl was not put together like it should be! The staff was not very attentive when my order was picked up. For what it cost, lucky to get 2 stars!!

Came in for a hulk chocolate, it was made quickly by a man behind the counter. As soon as I took the first sip I got a mouthful of dates that clearly weren’t blended for as long as they were supposed to be and the smoothie was ridiculously grainy. Service was ok, but the smoothie overall was disgusting. 2/10 experience.

This place needs to be investigated when it come to hiring process. My daughter had a interview with the lady carol that works there . She was very unprofessional to my daughter!!! Asking her weird questions that didn’t have nothing to do with the hiring process. She was belittling my daughter the hold interview. Instead of her taking the the out to get to know my daughter work history. Carol the manager was to busy being racist towards my daughter! When carol set up the interview she was nice . But once my daughter got there her hold demeanor changed towards my child . I will be calling corporate because no telling how many black people she done treating wrong to because of the color of there skin . I will never reference anyone to apply here! Very unprofessional company! Do better!!!!

The smoothies seem more icey than before and the consistency is not the same every time . I love the pumpkin smoothies but I feel they started leaving out the spice recently maybe to save money. Definitely the quality has gone down but I don’t know why. I may have to give up my beloved Smoothies.

Good variety of different combinations. We ordered online, got 2 32oz, when we went to pick up we got a 32 and a smaller size so we had to go back in to correct the order.
