*Dont get curbside pickup if you want to get your food when it’s done*I’ve come here at least 5 times since I moved to Cary and every time I’ve gotten curbside pickup. Today I ordered my food and it said pick up at 6:50 pm and by 7 o’clock I called the store to see where it was. They didn’t answer the first call and the second time I called I was told by the girl who picked up the phone that “they aren’t allowed to do curbside pickup and they left it on the cart inside.” After telling her I ordered on the app for curbside she tells me she’ll send another girl out to bring it to me. Now my sandwiches are cold bc I was told on the app to stay in my car and wait and the workers inside weren’t ever going to bring my food out. Please don’t have the option for curbside pickup if it is not available so I can get my food before it is cold.

Extremely rude and arrogant staff, if you want to experience how unprofessional people are , go to this subway and see that. They dont listen whatever u say , they dont understand what we want. whatever they give , we have to take and just move on. They are not giving for free to accept all junk. if staff is not willing to work there, just somewhere else dont show frustration infront of customers. Dont know when owner will realize and take action.

I got a footlong and had it halved and first they tried charging me more then the actual amount (I am a local costumer and get subway around once a week) I told him and he said he would fix it just this once. That is outrageous considering It took him 3 times to get the amount of Bread i asked for although it was only One foot long, his hygiene was also lacking as there was snot coming from his nose, when i asked for toppings he put in less than half of what is the normal amount, when I asked for sauce he didn’t even put it on the whole thing and constantly missed the sides and after i mentioned it he started doing only one dash of the sauce and then held his hand out as if he meant to say be quiet. Then on top of that a Lady who was on the phone the whole time while taking another costumers order had finally gotten off and tried stepping in when she had no clue what was happening because she was on the phone. This is not the first time the service was not good, it is always the same man when we go and he never does it the right way and when is corrected he responds with pettiness. I am writing this review as I am fed up with the treatment.

I didn't like this at all especially because of the early closing times. On all of the browsers it did that it would close at 9:30PM when I reached there at 9 there closed!

Marisol always does a great Job and is very polite great asset to the team. In the other hand, the lady in charge is super rude not only to customers but is hostile towards the team members. God forbid a customer has a question because she’ll make you regret asking. Marisol deserves 5star but the other lady deserves 0 stars

A while ago, Marisol had me DoorDash an order from Just Salad, 18 minutes away. She didn't even pay a penny towards a tip. She works at a restaurant and represents that restaurant while at work. Door Dash is the only job I have, and I've got a family. As a fellow restaurant worker, I figure you'de understand we live off tips. Your salad took an hour of my time there and back. Don't order food from far away (especially when you work somewhere that sells salads, subs, and wraps) if you have no intention of offering fair compensation. Even a dollar would have been acceptable. We all work for a living. I've only left good reviews for others, but this was exceptionally low.
